To everyone... You don't have to pick a side. What Hamas does to Israelis is tragic. What Israel is doing to the entire Palestine region is tragic. Both are true. Even if someone is celebrating the death of another (as I have seen many times on social media recently), you can't use that to justify hatred of them in your heart. That's the exact problem they (both sides) are themselves fighting and why the situation will not stop. Both view the other as evil. To pick a side and point fingers only perpetuates the ongoing war. Have compassion for the hostages kidnapped from Israel. Have compassion for the innocent children in Palestine. But also have compassion for the people who kill, and perpetuate the killing. They are victims as well. Seeing Israeli army officers celebrating the death of innocent Palestinians made me sick to my stomach, and my first reaction was to want to hate them. But if I allow that to happen, am I not just being a carrier of the same "social disease" that they have? What propaganda have they been fed? (Like all countries) What lies have been told to them? What tragic things may have happened in their past that they feel Palestine is to blame? 
 
To my knowledge Amy Schumer's initial statement was solely pro Israel and when called out she later clarified that she does not support the killing of anyone. She should be given at least a consideration given that alot of pro Israel people will not even acknowledge the killing of innocent people in Palestine as wrong. As far as stealing jokes... 🤐

I don't understand why Madonna is getting attacked for inviting her on stage. Some ppl should learn and accept the fact that not everybody is Anti Israel. This whole cancel thing is absolutely ridiculous. 

Let’s be realistic here. As some who is Pro-Palestine myself, Madonna is not going to cut ties with agents, accountants, associates, designers, editors, tour promoters, executives because they are pro-Israel.
Your freedom of expression and voice to support Palestine is admirable and appreciated, but to extend that care to every person Madonna brushes shoulders with for 3 seconds is very excessive.
This is about The Celebration Tour, not the Should She Drop Friends and Business Partners Because They Believe in Genocide thread. 

It’s mostly just a bunch of shit for brains teenagers who learned the word zionist and have weaponized it, looking for any excuse to point fingers and shame people even though they themselves are doing absolutely nothing to aid Palestinians.

Yeah, they are just looking for a reason at this point. But as she said, they can talk all the shit they want, she'll keep coming back. She's putting on an amazing show, getting ecstatic reviews and overwhelming love and adoration from the fans. So the haters can just eat all the toxic shit they create and enjoy it.

Because she’s Jewish and dared to defend Israelis, I’m guessing? You know how everyone is an expert on the Palestine-Israel conflict even though no one has been able to find a solution in the almost 80 years since the establishment of the Jewish State. Anyone dissing her for her politics is completely unhinged. That’s just so limiting and immature. It’s fine if you think she isn’t funny, but she was onstage as the ballroom guest and as Madonna’s friend. And all comedians steal their shit from other people. ALL OF THEM. You can’t hate on hate with hate. Calling her the real life Miss Piggy and claiming Madonna isn’t a freedom fighter and doesn’t understand James Baldwin is just a perspective. It’s how you interpret the work. Art is subjective. Everyone has an opinion. Everyone has a different point of view. Madonna’s message has always been quite clear. She fights for everyone’s freedom, not just the people some people think deserve it. 
 
 
On a lighter note, I’ve looked up flights, hotel and concert tickets so many times for next Monday at MSG, but the whole lack of a coat check is bringing out the LA fragility in me! It’s so fucking cold in NY, and I’m gonna show up at the venue dressed for the tundra and then have to endure the sweaty masses in a heated arena?! I can’t! how do you do it?
 
It’s three shows in LA for me M. My birthday concert at MSG last August was the way I needed it in NY! Winter sucks!

She did Express Yourself and it was lovely, I think I got the whole performance. I saw some cute stuff last night, during Stuart's set I was behind the stage on the 200 level, I look down and there is one woman with long blonde hair talking to a man in the middle of the seats/rows that are behind the stage. It was def her. Also got some cute video of David Banda dancing to Like A Prayer dressed as Prince from behind the stage. Updating my Googly Foldy now, got most of Stuart's FAB set on audio too (some video but i wasn't trying to hold my phone for a half hour or whatever). I'll name the files later when I'm not "working":

Why do i have the feeling that one person is talking with himself under different accounts lately on the forum ?!!? 

So, I cried for at least 15 min straight when she took the stage.  Her energy all night was top notch. I didn’t see her lose her timing at all through the night. She was so happy, which made me even happier. I was probably last to leave the seats as I sat there stunned. I had not seen her since 1990 due to many many unfortunate events. Left the venue enthralled, loving my Queen even more, if that is possible.
i really want to get the pen set but they were sold out. If anyone sees any at upcoming shows, please please remember me. Will paypal for said item and shipping.

Let me just say this, i truly love how she's showing her different sides, vulnerability and appreciation for us at this tour. Theres this cool side of her, then the hilarious jokes and the heartearming gratitude. I love her so much.

Isn't it great that this forum has its own Georgina the honest vocal coaches 🥰... Popping up once in a while to tell everybody on here how bad Madonna's voice is, telling us that they are music geniuses and that only their ears hearing how it actualy is... It's just that when she sings, she always strains a bit, and after a whole tour, her voice gets tired. Also, at the beginning of the tour, she puts in a bit more effort. The only tour where she remained quite consistent vocally was the Drowned World Tour
I've discussed this topic before, including with you, and I'm aware it's a sensitive issue for some.
Over time, Madonna's vocal abilities have noticeably declined. As a vocal music enthusiast, I've closely followed her singing career, fully aware of her technical shortcomings, which now include a diminished musical ear. 
She has always been a decent singer, with some performance anxiety issues and technical difficulties. And between the mid-90s and mid-2000s, she reached her vocal peak, singing divinely on albums like Ray Of Light (even from old studio recordings you can assess her technique, as they are free of autotune).
After the Sticky and Sweet Tour, which had several embarrassing vocal moments, she delivered better performances but never returned to her previous vocal quality.
She was never vocal perfection, but her voice has been better than how it is today, reaching its peak in the early 2000s.
Even in the '80s, her vocal performances were superior to what we hear today.
Madonna did not believe enough in her own vocal abilities, prematurely ending her vocal training and not consolidating the techniques developed until the early 2000s. She did not give enough credit to her voice.
Yet, her voice is special and with the right technique, her potential could be very big.
I love her timbre, especially in the low notes, where she sings effortlessly (except when she has to descend from high notes, but this has always been a technical flaw that has only worsened).
In my opinion, one of her problems has also been the advent of the modern technological era: she has become lazy, relying more and more on technological aids (both to keep time and to sing in tune) and now her singing abilities are very poor. She was also a better guitarist back then
