"The Immaculate Extension"!
I love this idea. Most of the TIC mixes were based on the Extended 12'' remixes of the singles, anyway.

I'd love it if they'd release The Immaculate 12" Mixes Collection: the full extended mixes of all the album tracks. Full of ad libs, instrumental breakdowns. etc. They clearly have the stems and are no longer limited to physical media.

I don't think Madonna is personally aware of any of these mixing mistakes. To me it sounds like the person doing the mixing is not really familiar with the songs in their original form, in this case, the TIC remixes.

You're right.  The percussion is missing. Wow!  I would think that Madonna would prefer the percussion to be part of it, being it gives it a more latin flavor.  I'm so mixed on all these changes because for some songs, it sounds good, but others it sounds so different or odd.  I also feel like Live To Tell has lost its vocal flow (sounding almost flat or monotone) and notice the final words of some of the verses, they strangely repeat.  Her vocals don't seem to be blended in as well as the original.

No. "The Immaculate Collection" on digital has always been like this, with the U.S. Remix of "Lucky Star" and the album version of "Borderline" since day 1 - 2005 when it was added to the iTune Store, I guess? I think in the first years even "Like A Prayer" was not the proper "Immaculate" remix, but the 12'' Dance Remix I think. But they fixed that around... 2011-2012 maybe.
Something wrong must happened to the original "Immaculate" mixes multitracks for "Lucky Star" and "Borderline". That's the only reason to explain why they've never been fixed, not even now. I mean, it was the perfect time to do so.

Yes also why not using for this Dolby Release the album version of Lucky Star? If something happened with the Immaculate multitracks of that song using a shorter version for a greatest hits makes more sense. But they remixed the remix that was on this digital version of the album since day 1. Wasn’t the remix used on the Immaculate dvd too (I always forget what versione they used on Immaculate and what on the first vhs with the videos from the first album and LAV). 

Maybe the original stems for the "Immaculate" mixes of those two songs are lost or maybe is the way she wants it now and that's it. But she's definitely OK with that, that's for sure, especially when it hasn't been fixed now and this release has been approved by her.
In the end this the digital version of that album and it's been for almost 20 years now, so we need to accept that the physical and the digital versions are just different. No big deal really.

I know tscott has me on ignore (lol), but as I stated before, Mike Dean probably mastered all of her albums in Dolby Atmos.
And yes, it seems obvious now that Lucky Star and Borderline are intentional.

I wonder why on You Can Dance "Physical Attraction" is the original album version on streaming instead the "mixed album version". It's the same version, only mixed at the beginning with the end of everybody and different speed. It has no sense

Why the remix of Lucky star and the album version of borderline instead of the one chosen for immaculate? they doesnt fit... She need to hire crew and people that were real fans and lovers of her music, not just those one that adore her. T.T

In my opinion it's a simply mistake. Mike Dean forgot to mute Madonna's voice at the end. In Material Girl her voice has too much echo... All the tracks have been mixed again from the original stems and they sound different if you compare them with the original CD.

The version on YouTube is the 7-minute version of Lucky Star too... So weird. Did Emily not, like, look at the OG CD for a second?

Honestly who the fuck runs this shit it's absolutely ridiculous. So Mike Dean sat and mixed an over seven minute version of Lucky Star and didn't think something was up?

Actually “She who shall not be named” did even more than that:
She released all songs from the album as “instrumental singles” as well as several other physical items such as 12 versions of her album that together make a clock. That resulted in every song from the album charting consequently on the BB Hot 100 from #1 down to 12 or something. 😵‍💫😵‍💫
Then, when it was time to block (mostly black artists) from #1 she amped up her desperate tricks and released even more exclusive items and bundles, as well as discounts. I think, in the end there were about 30 different versions of her album alone.
That woman is a whole nother level of insane.

Now lies the question: which ending will she use?
The Bush ending? The grenade ending?

The Director’s Cut is the super explicit video with the grenade ending and her covering her ears.
The Bush ending was the one sent to media and premiered in some European countries for 24 hours and then pulled. But that wasn’t considered the Director’s Cut, just the official video before being deleted.
One thing is for sure: there’ll be complaints from some fans in any case haha.
Never liked the Bush ending... too parody territory for me. The Director’s Cut tik tok grenade ending is perfect (the rest of the blood and violence on that one, not that much!).
