I think a mix of Holiday and Celebration would be a good opener…I feel we will get lower charting songs on the set list too…also I don’t think she has said this is a greatest hits tour…fans have labelled it that..she’s celebrating 4 decades  and I think that’s her way of getting around playing lesser big hits and out of saying it’s a GH.tour.

How do we know she can’t physically handle this tour? We don’t! I doubt she’s gonna try and dance her arse off to the point she’s in need of a new set of lungs. I personally think she is well aware of her limits now and will produce a tour to reflect this. 

I’m so excited for this tour. Alll this rubbish about how she looks… she looks gorgeous to me, but it’s irrelevant. 
 
It’s the tour I’ve been waiting for and by the sounds of it will be the total opposite of the tour I chose to skip last time.

M doesn't need to prove to the world she can slay. She slayed for 40 years. The bitch fell, got up, and slayed. I'm ok with her fucking around now. I'm happy she still playing around. 

Madonna did to her face what a lot of people famous or not do. She’s happy with it is as fans are not. I think she did recognise her physical limits and pushed them as far as she could for as long as she could. Her awkwardness or limited dancing ability is a product of her getting older but more so of her hip replacement. That’s not a quick thing to get over. She’s never gonna move the way she did but she will do what she can. We should applaud that. Can you imagine how she must feel knowing how she used to move and now facing the fact she’s can’t do it so well. It must be frustrating. When I broke my foot it drove me mad not being able to just get up as quick as I could. I was no where near as fit or agile as her to begin with. We assume she’s indestructible and ignores the criticism she gets. We don’t know how it affects her. It clearly does.This woman has taken and is still taking so much crap it’s unbelievable. A lot of it comes from us, her fans. We should be building her up not knocking her down.

This is pretty much how I feel on the matter, and articulated very well by both @VogueMusicand @acolyte. I'm not going to comment much, I respect her way too much to focus on it and speak to matters I have no absolute knowledge of. We know there have been physical health issues - to what extent the public may never know. I've seen comments of annoyance from fans online about her constantly wearing girdles/corsets. I think many may miss the fact they likely have a primary function of supporting her hips, back and spine. Her outfits for public appearances over the last few years have generally been either bulky/structured, almost like armour, or baggy to possibly conceal supports. The general public, however, have focused on the appearance of her face. Whether it's a result of steroids or pain medication causing bloating/swelling or reduced physical activity/exercise causing weight gain, I think some of it is a byproduct of her physical health issues and might be beyond her control. A sole explanation of too much facial surgeries/procedures and fillers has never really tracked for me. At the end of the day, I just want to see her healthy and happy - even if this means stepping back. The double edge sword here of course is that performing, singing and dancing, is happiness for her.

Exactly… and to be honest regardless of what she’s done or will do to her face we as fans need to stop comparing her to her past self. We are so bad at doing that. I thought she looked great. I just didn’t like the hair.

Thank God some of us can still enjoy her no matter what. Can't wait for the tour.
