Love the new Robyn song. First saw her live as a support Act for M during Sticky&Sweet. It would be so interesting to have her work with M…Imagine that. It will probably never happen though. 
 
I’m not saying I want another ROL, but I feel like what’s still resonating about that record is that it felt introspective and honest at the time. Madonna let her guard down and that is what reached more people than just die hard fans. I would love a little less of the self references, featured artists and “brand Madonna” on the next album. A little more of the vulnerable human behind the persona would feel so refreshing at this point.
 

I fear the spectacle take is exactly what we are going to get with the biopic though.
Madonna seems like she has felt so wronged by the public for so long now. I think that is why we will mainly get what we already know. I expect a heavy stress on her work ethic and will to survive with a big fuck you attitude on top of it all. 

I get that it will strengthen her brand as the queen of pop, but I wish she’d be interested in sharing a more vulnerable side of her. Her brutal honesty is what drew me to her art, but I feel like within the last couple of years a lot of the warmth and fun that once came with it was missing. The Celebration tour was a step into the “right” direction for my taste though.
I’m also only interested in a new album if she’s willing to go deep lyrically again.

So now we have had Grande, Beyonce, Swift, Lips, Eilish release new music ....we have Lady Gaga and Katy Perry apparently both releasing new material this summer 
 
This is such a busy year for pop divas ..  it always feels like that we get a year of a tidal wave if new releases by the biggest names in female pop then ....nothing for a while .  I do think Madonna should maybe wait until next year at earliest so her album will have enough time to get it's own air space with all these huge female names I feel unless it's a big winter release at the end of this year it'll sadly get overshadowed   . 
 
Who's heard the new Robyn and Jamie XX sing?! With a lot of Robyn songs I often imagine what if they were Madonna singles I feel that aesthetic id very Madonna 

I find myself apprehensive about the upcoming biopic Madonna will helm about her own life.
I don't want to see a superficial, overly romanticized story. Instead, I hope Madonna will reveal the complexities of her character, including her struggles, flaws, and vulnerabilities. It's essential that the film goes beyond self-celebration and offers everybody a chance to reflect on the deeper, more human aspects of her life.
She has always been a trailblazer, and this biopic should be no different—providing an insightful, thought-provoking narrative that showcases not just her triumphs but also the challenges and imperfections that have shaped her into the icon she is today.
One of the primary issues with Rocketman (the movie) was its tendency to simplify complex events and omit significant details, resulting in a rather shallow and superficial portrayal of Elton John. 
I fear that Madonna's biopic might fall into the same trap, focusing more on spectacle than substance.

I think it’s due to the whole rescheduling that happened. Read that a good chunk of fans had already booked hotels etc and weren’t always able to get a refund. So they already made the effort to see her live last summer and in some cases “lost” quite a lot of money. A lot of shows now take place on weekdays and it’s simply not possible for all of M’s fans to travel to attend a show during a work week. The dynamic pricing system has also gotten so out of hand in the US…I’m sure it doesn’t help selling tickets. Can’t believe how expensive a golden circle spot in the US is…We paid roughly 300 € in Germany to secure a ticket for the section. The same ticket category currently sells for 2237 dollars in the US. That’s 2073 € for one ticket…

Going to all 4 shows in Germany. Just bought my ticket for the second night in Cologne and am now happy, but broke. 😅

Attended RH in Manchester and there they had technical difficulties which led to a late start of the show and the finale being cut out as well…I was super sad at the time and will never ever go to a Madonna concert in the UK again… I don’t think it’ll be any different for the remaining nights in the UK…

So I guess we'll only know the true ending of the concert once she leaves the UK. Yesterday the show ended about the same time and that could explain why it was so abrupt... Perhaps we can get a proper Celebration/Music mashup on the next venues...
I seem to remember Rebel Heart finishing with Material Girl there.

What do you all think so far? I’m happy she’s talking to the audience and doesn’t dance super hard anymore. Bad Girl was a highlight for me so far! Also liked the homage to her friends during live to tell and the homage to Prince during the act of contrition/LAP mix.

Today’s the day! I am so excited to finally see what they’ve been working on! I am so happy that M is still here and able to share her vision with us.

My biggest wish apart from having a wonderful time is that this serves as some sort of public reset of public opinion of her. It really needs to feel like a positive love letter to her career. Mostly because this is the first key indicator of how well the reissues will do and how much we'll get, and the biopic being picked up and given the green light.
