Barcelona 01.11.2023 - 2 Tickets for Pista-B for sale (standing tickets)

Hi, my girllfriend and I bought tickets for two different cities back in January and have decided to attend the concert in the other city (Amsterdam in December). I am currently trying to sell our tickets for Barcelona for the original price (226,50€ per ticket, see attachment).

Unfortunately, the resale/transfer function directly through Ticketmaster.es is currently still not working. I have contacted the support several times, but they just said to "wait some more and check the site regularly".... Alternatively, I could just simply transfer the entire account to the buyer - I created it solely for the Madonna ticket purchase. After payment, I would change the email address and password to the buyer's ones. 

Let me know, if you are interested and also, if you know a better (secure) way on how to transfer these tickets. Thank you!

From what I understood you can't resale or transfer tickets until you are close to the date. I assume the end of the month. Because as you can see you don't have the tickets yet, just the notification.

I wouldn't recommend hand over any details to anyone you don;t know even if you change it after. Even if this is a burn account Ticketmaster might flag your name-payment details as fraudulent and block ALL of your tickets even the other event.

My suggestion is to wait few weeks at least until you have the tickets and you'll have a resale option.

Thank you for your input  Yeah, it would be rather risky, I guess. I might just have to wait, if I can't find someone in my social/work environment. Funny thing is that it IS possible on other ticketmaster sites to transfer/resell without having the final tickets in the account. I did that for Amsterdam all the way back in January and it worked perfectly (had 2 standing tickets before lucking out on 2 really good seats). Would like to know why they handle their websites differently 🤷🏼 Oh well...It's just a lot of money and it's making me a little anxious haha

I'm pretty sure it's down to paperwork and bureaucracy. Depends of the country and the agreement and legal binding they have in each place. In some markets they might be tied to do the reselling within a frame and some other they cover you as long as you prove you purchase it originally. I think once you get them , Ticketmaster itself offers you reselling using their own site. I'm sure you'll be fine.

The London tickets appeared on the account exactly one month before the show and from that date were available to sell.

Anyway, I first need to go to London next week but I will think about it!

I have the same issue with Ticketmaster Spain. I was in a rush so I bought one great ticket for me and other not so good ticket for a friend that cancelled his trip. So now I got stucked with his ticket and can’t resell it yet, at least on ticketmaster Spain.
