"Celebration" venue capacities: Biggest and smallest?

The new(er) Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert CA has a concert capacity of just under 12k while places like the LA Forum & MSG have 17-20k concert capacity. Is the smaller Acrisure an anomaly for this tour or are there other venues closer to this size? BTW the Acrisure has a similar footprint to the other bigger venues, just less tiered seating.

The ones that ive been to in Europe were around 20,000 (yet the floor does take up a lot) Her show there must be a great place to go! I did look it up but its miles from nowhere.

Stockholm Tele2 Arena was the biggest on this tour, with a capacity of approx 40,000.

Other large venues in Europe were Accor Arena in Paris and the O2 Arena (20,000) in London.

Mediolanum Milano was noticeably smaller, with a maximum capacity of 12,700 for concerts (probably much less on this tour because of the stage setup... it was 12,000 for DWT). Generally, smaller arenas don't have a large upper tier.
