Jose Canseco On Madonna

Years back I read Jose's book Juiced.  It basically talked a lot about all the steroid use in baseball and how he claimed he was one of the first guys to get really into it.  There were congressional hearings with congress about steroid use in baseball as a result.  Many people thought he was a snitch or was lying but his book has proven to be accurate about ball players.

There was a chapter in that book he talked about M though.  He said he never slept with her or went out with her but per him she was very interested in him.  He sent some shirtless pics I think to her at the time.  There was even a Yankees game in like 1990 or 1991 the fans heckled him about Madonna and being seen coming out her apartment and what not.  Per him she was interested in having a baby with him but he just wasn't attracted to her.

This story below is pretty funny.   A lot of Madonna stories over the years I'm sure were bullshit but this one I could see happening.  Jose has a massive ego no doubt but he's seems a pretty tell it like it is kind of guy.

Haha, I like how Madonna was able to make a big steroid head like him completely blush.  Plus yeah use that as an excuse the next time you're late anywhere......  I was coming back from Madonna's house

I don't know what to believe because many of these people tell these stories over and over again where they change the story or began to embellish and it's not like were getting her side of the story. He said he wasn't attracted to her then why did he send her shirtless pics? How did she make him blush? In one interview he did say he liked her and wanted to meet her.

What a strange story and reaction to meeting Madonna.  Also, he's only 6 years younger than Madonna.  He was in his mid 20's at this point, so "Kid my ass", but I guess to a 60 year old guy today, that might seem like a "kid".   Anyway, it sounds like he bought into a lot of the misconceptions of Madonna back then.  And c'mon, who is he to call her "bi-polar".  She obviously was flirting with him and being she's a take charge gal, he obviously was intimidated by her.
