Remember my list of some weeks ago of all the possible bad things she could do?
Even the most skeptical fan wouldn't have imagined RESHOOTS
Oh, the beauty of capturing a live moment

Everybody knows the damn truth, Madonna lied we’ve lost respect.
When the film is out, we will all be dead. Get my tissues ready, the release is doomed. Everybody knows they don’t have a chance to get a decent film in a normal time. When she talks the edit, it makes me laugh. She pretends to edit, it makes me laugh. I think I understand why mental wards exist, I think I understand why we all give up. Everyday we have a kind of insta tease. Wasted time spent every single day.
She says. To wait. But my. Mind Can’t. Take Any-more. OF THIS.

Couldn’t agree more with you. I adore her and she means the world to me and she influenced me in more ways than I can count, but it’s like after her divorce, she became a completely different person, it’s like something broke and she was never the same. She has to be such a perfectionist with every single detail of her work, her image, her statements, her sarcasm, her performances, and everything felt polished and perfected with a high budget.
After S&S, she dropped the ball. While MDNA is one of my most favorite albums and the tour is my second most favorite Madonna Tour after Confessions Tour, I think she started to care less and less about her image and her art and it shows. From incredibly low quality single covers, to lack of proper magazine shoots to tone deaf statements and badly shot selfies and distasteful remarks here and there, to the messy performances and the ever declining quality of her work.
As much as I adore Madame X and Rebel Heart, so many of the songs feel like they were produced with simplistic equipments at home, with sounds appearing muffled or overly processed. It’s like she’s no longer the perfectionist she used to be, and no longer being managed by professionals. ROL Madonna would never approve of such mediocrity, but now it’s like everything is made with minimal budget and effort, like she doesn’t even have her heart into it anymore, and don’t get me started about her tardiness in Rebel Heart and Madame X, the drinking problems, the incredibly vile remarks she made at fans bodies, accents and looks. That’s just too much.
It is one thing to see people grow and change, ROL Madonna was completely different from LAP and Erotica Madonna and so was AL and COADF Madonna, but that’s was a growth and a change in a positive way, but after HC, it’s more like devolution or deconstruction, and the last 2 years were the worst, especially when it comes to what she wears, what she says and what’s she posts online. I love her, I adore her, she’s my No.1 and always will be, but at this point it’s not like the past when she didn’t care about haters, it’s like she doesn’t care about common sense either or her legacy.
She was at her peak from ROL to COADF but she dropped the ball after that and while we did have high budget production from MDNA and S&S, the following eras had great potential but the execution ruined so much of them. It really hurts because I don’t care what people say about her, but today people aren’t offended or shocked by her, they are more like appalled by her or laughing at her and I cannot accept that on her. That’s not how Madonna should be remembered. She’s too wrapped up in her world of yes people that she can’t take any form of feedback or change.
What I feel is that she’s just not happy. I watch Confessions Tour when she sings Get Together and she’s visibly happy, her face, her smile is coming from the bottom of her heart but in S&S, MDNA, RH, MX, she’s angry, she’s disappointed, she’s deeply hurt and listening to Looking for Mercy, Wash All Over Me and Falling Free pretty much confirms that she’s not happy and hasn’t been ever since the divorce.

I really don't understand why you're being so tragic. You are spreading fake news! She confirmed they are working on it two days ago! The only complaint is that it will take months and might be released in 2021.

yeah, guys... don't be so negative. things change, i know what happened to RIT but that doesnt necessarily mean that the same will happen with madame x. and like nobody knows me stated, she didnt finished the tour and went all the way to lisbon, london and paris just to storage the footage in some warehouse. she said at the instagram live that the show was being edited, so lets just wait. being negative wont do anything but leave us more and more frustrated and anxious - and we're facing a worldwide pandemic! we don't have time for that right now!

    So a biopic ...
    of her life...
    with songs from her career....
    I smell a soundtrack....
    I smell .....

    a Greatest Hits Collection....

with a twist. It’s entirely possible that the biopic will feature some of M’s biggest hits...but it’s also very likely that she will chose to use personal favourites and more autobiographical songs from her own catalogue to illustrate certain scenes or moods.
We could end up with an entirely unique one of best of Madonna that doesn’t just include the “hits”.
This will be an interesting project on more than one level.
Avicci Heart...it’s your time to shine ❤️

Did Madonna and Dua even talk at all?
Obviously we dont know what happened behind the scenes, but I will say it does bother me that Madonna goes out and about with these horrible and uninspired people like Nicki Minaj and Quavo, but when an artist like Dua collabs with her she can’t even like acknowledge it or praise Dua?

We actually had 6 videos if you include I rise, but 2 without her. The videos were not promoted at the same time as the remixes, and we ended up not having God Control remixes although it was the most dance oriented song. She performed Future without the song having a video/remixes/single treatment. This shows how the album was lacking single-worthy material: globally it can be judged a good and interesting allbum, but there is not a hit.

Madame X wasn't promoted at all. No ads. No tv. No newspapers. No one knew there was a new M album out. Chaos with singles, videos and remixes not at the same time. Let's face it, it got to no 1 in the US because of the ticket bundle strategy, but it felt miserably, with surprisingly poor sales. It failed in Italy, Uk and France, where she has a huge following. A number 1 single is by now impossible, but we all hope there will be more albums in the future that need a certain promotion. With Warner we can have a strategy that links legacy + new material.

Nobody said that Madonna will get a huge success at Warner like in the 90's.
We all know it's wrong. But I think fans are happy, because if it's true, then it means she finally has a record company (her deal at Interscope was over), and fans will probably get re-releases from the past. So it makes at least 2 good reasons to be happy. And if we're lucky enough if she releases a new album, it can't be worse than if it was released by Interscope.
And regarding Madame X, I still don't get how some fans can pretend it's one of her best albums with shits like Faz Gostoso, Bitch I'm Loca  ???????????????????? Hello, we're talking about Madonna here. Not Nicki Minaj or so.

For me it's not about future new album chart success or sales, it's about honouring an incredible legacy and catalog with properly scheduled anniversary releases.
Not like Alanis and her 10th anniversary, 15th, 20th, .. but Madonna is approaching (and has already missed) some important milestones. 25th and 30th anniversary milestones are sailing by --- THAT Is what I hope a return to WB guarantees -- a proper release schedule for anniversary and special edition fan-geared releases.

It's more than that. Madonna took Warner for granted sometimes and Warner perhaps underappreciated Madonna, too. There were well documented struggles with Maverick, which was her venture, and she no doubt bankrolled quite a lot of warners company.
We can now painfully identify what she gave up a dozen years ago, but we now know that the music industry has shifted more toward the live experience (and away from the music) in the course of those years. The fact that Madonna went with the company whose priority was in the live performance aspect (Live Nation) shows that she knew the way to succeed as an artist in the current environment. And there’s something to be said, too, about the breach of the agreement, it was a 360 deal, and they promised her the music distribution channel, which they ultimately failed to deliver, as they outsourced that bit (and never measured up for her, because Interscope had no real incentive to deploy their full arsenal of resources for her)
Not saying she made “the best” decision, and i'm also not saying her recording career hasn’t suffered loss owing to that choice. But we also wouldn’t know what touring would have looked like for her if she had stayed at Warner — it’s possible she may not have been able to do all she wanted on stage, to the quality and scale she wanted to, had she not had the Live Nation resources. Who can say at this point apart from the woman herself?
The only question I want answered now is, can she recover any lost ground in terms of the legacy/back catalogue now? It is clear the charts/hits-chasing will end — perhaps she'll get one more lightning strike, but unlikely. Hopefully she can continue to create what she wants in the future and still celebrate the beloved projects of the past which fans would love to revisit (or fully discover for the first time, in some cases). Having some maxi singles uploaded to streaming is a step in the right direction

I think it’s Funny how some people Define an artist’s success only if younger people listen to said artist.
Who the fuck cares what the kids are into?!
Madonna is beyond charts, beyond success or failure. Beyond Hits.
I dont need “the kids” or “the general public” (another word I despise) to like her.
When Lady Gaga or Ariana or Beyonce reach 60 theyll understand.
In the meantime, im just happy Madonna is still making music.

I don't understand why all these complaining. Some used to complain about Madonna not making a dance record anymore since ages, now there is this extra collaboration with Dua and Missy on a track originally produced by Price. Just enjoy the extra gift. I am sure it will please a lot of people and she choose the right artist this time, no Maluma, no Grande, Nicky or Quavo, chance the rapper, Cardi B, etc! And Dua is better than Gaga million times.

If she does things right then yes, for example sing with her beautiful voice and not that nasal voice that she thinks makes her sounds younger, doesn't dress up like a Village people meet SM mistress costume and doesn't fill her face like a balloon and do an old fashion grandma hair then yes she has a chance to have a commercial success. Yes i know this makes a lot of criticisms but i think her team in terms of look and general appearance is a total disaster for a couple of years.

I saw two versions, one on the album and the other on YouTube which first appears when you write Avicii with it. Not everyone looks up every single demo that has one extra or one less chord to it.

A rich woman, talking from her golden bath tube, about how the virus is equal for everyone... It may be equal, I can understand what she meant, but it can be bad recieved from the general public... after all people are dying without the option of saying goodbye to their families, music arenas are used as funeral homes, etc... Really sad and dangerous times to talk about poetry from your golden bath, even when her intention was good.
