Well if people werent stealing artsits’ music, thinga MIGHT not be so pricey.
if you worked in a restaurant and people kept giving you 3% of the price of a plate or pay as they please, youd have to raise your prices.

People need to stop complaining about the setlist  and start complaining about the lack of newly shot video backdrops. Where's the Paradise Not For Me and Future Lovers of this tour?? Instead we get recycled Beast Within. Argh.

The point is they announced landmark reissues almost exactly 2 years ago, so I would expect they had some plan in place at that time already, or a general idea at least, and they didn't start working on reissues only after FEL success caught them by surprise.

"a reissue of a album needs it's time" like 2 years is really not enough time to reissue ONE album at least? 

Delayed… canceled… delivered.. whatever… they should announce it properly… if it’s delayed why no news on her social platforms? Her official website??!!! Why waiting for nothing? Just announce the delayed dates then later announce the new rescheduled dates. 

Just sent a DM to MDNASKIN asking about M’s recovery. 😌 waiting for a reply. 💕

I've said this before knowing anything and Guy's statement, because for a lot of us it was obvious that she's not well since some years at least. And it's not my personal opinion, it was OBVIOUS, and I think it's more responsible to admit it, than living in denial, asking her to dance more like if she's a funfair monkey or selling more, or making more records, or making more vinyls. or justifying all the BAD surgeries that she and her doctors did to her body. 
But I will stop here, because the other day I had angry people here asking how much I've spent on Madame X Tour (wich I didn't buy any tickets lol) and if I sued her because she cancelled it on the same day of the concert, and telling me to f*ck off. 
I prefer the whole Celebration Tour cancelled, despite I have good tickets, the money back for everyone and she having a happy and healthy life out of all this craziness. She gave us much, that she deserves the best and a good rest. 
Only a professional and good statement, no details needed of how she feels. 
I think that nothing good will come from a reschedule, and we will see more drama if that happens. 
Sorry if I sound negative, but all of this comes from a deep love to her, and her career. I would'nt be the person that I am today without her, like most of us. 
 

They don't communicate because they don't know too, when and where. She's still recovering, they are not gonna announce a new date to cancel it soon after. BUT they should definitely say how many shows are surely canceled because people are flying in and have hotels booked. 

A bacterial infection has no interest in age.  Anyone can get such an infection.  As some stated before, this isn't about her "pushing herself" or her "age".  An infection like this can affect just about anyone no matter how active or old one is. 

Exactly.  Though, I'm shocked how they were able to keep this from the media for so many days.  I mean; if there was question if she was going to even make it, I could see how this could have really blown up immediately.  After all, this is Madonna.  I applaud her team in keeping this under wraps as long as they could. 
And I really feel we all need to be patient and respectful during this time.  No one should be angry or pissed about their plans being ruined. This is life and death.  Nothing is more important but her health, right now.  We should be supportive and respectful at this time.  Besides, no amount of complaining will change the fact, she is sick and her commitments will have to be wait. 

Ummm the campaign started in the spring with the WTG Super Club Mix and FEL

For this live album, why didn't they just:
- Remove the film's 'intro' track (this is an album, not a film)
- Remove most/all of the spoken dialogue (it weakens the flow of the album, and the change of sources/quality weakens the listening experience considerably) 
- Leave all tracks in full and unedited (e.g. the dramatic 'hat throw' pause in GC works in the film, but not audio)
- Include Sodade and Crave in full, even as album exclusives (especially for streaming - runtime is not a factor here)
- Ensure the transition between each song was seamless.
- Include a couple of bonus tracks to promote the project (God Control mixes!)
It's nice to have the tracks in HQ, but it was a chore listening through the album. I just want a HQ album with the songs unedited and uninterrupted 

Titanic and Avatar post-productions weren't faster than Madame X Tour? It's becoming beyond ridiculous. It's only a f****** show!
 

I'm the only sad person that wants these digital releases reissued on coloured vinyls and cds? i'm 23 before you ask

Remember the days when her past tours used to broadcast LIVE on TV, with no editing involved (just changes in camera angles) and it including all flaws such as wrong lyrics, band mistakes, wardrobe malfunctions, vocal hiccups, etc? 
 
The editing of IGTTYAS changed that forever. 

The video mapping thing makes sense. She's re recording footage from Frozen, God Control. Songs that were originally recorded with both a backdrop and a projection on her, between her and the audience. Probably this juxtaposition of images recorded live didn't turn out too good on film. Specially when the projection unintentionally hides her behind everything, since it was so dark onstage and the screen were too bright.
Does it make sense? I think that why video mapping will be used instead of having a semitransparent screen between her and the camera.

I can't believe we've reached the point where she's reshooting the stuff in the studio for the DVD... damn, the live experience will be totally missed in that one.

She saw all the good comments about the Dark Ballet director's cut, and now she's reshooting all the scenes that she removed from the Madame X Tour during the endless 2020 and deleted from her hard drive. She regrets of doing that, hence the reshoot.

Honestly I don't even know why the fuck she would bother to say she's doing re-shoots, even if she is.  Talk about total lack of self-awareness about her image.
Shit like this is exactly why casuals etc think she can't sing, etc, because she dubs it all and processes it so much everyone knows what they're watching isn't the live act.
It's a tragedy that this time we didn't get any HD fan videos to actually preserve the moment for fan archival purposes.

For sure it's all about close ups, expressions, hair etc... I'm not worried about the reshoot. I'm more worried about the following 13 months of editing after that... 

Because they already filmed a dress rehearsal.
How many concerts have a re-shoot more than a year after it was filmed live?
The film has been in edit mode for almost a year now. Now all of a sudden they want a “reshoot.”
 
In conclusion, Freakout is 100% valid.

Maybe she wants to add pieces of footsteps that came out badly due to the injury. Insert the shoes initially thought. In lisbon she was already having problems but she made the final efforts on heels to complete the shoot

This intimate live experience is sounding less authentic by the minute.
