I know I'm a few of the women in this forum and I'm sorry that I don't think making fun of a woman's body parts is the beat all. Just think of how you'd feel. Being a Madonna fan is probably one of the most infuriating, most frustrating fandom in the history of pop music.

That is your opinion. Mine is that more than half of people who are used to recognize their idole for 40 years instantly suddendly have the same feeling something is off, it's worth investigating. I don't remember any other case of a supposed Madonna picture where there are more fans who believe something is off than fans saying the picture is ok. The thing is most of us agree it's Madonna, there are just some elements that are questionnable, like the boobs part of the tee shirt obviously doctored to be pulled, M at the danceteria in 1979 (that would be a premiere in 42 years)...

We can't be certain but there have always been rumours, and her post-fame nose tip was never as thick.
If you look at the below example, the tip-end of her bridge and the tip itself are slimmer and more defined:

No offense to you, but I'm still not convinced it's her.
The hair is shoulder-length towards the front, whereas she tended to sport a short mullet that year.
Her frame, arms and breast size look more broad and meaty than she tended to be in 1979-1980.
Her nose looks thicker, though one could argue that this was during her pre-nose job years.
Also, there doesn't seem to be any evidence of a gap in this person's two front teeth.
And I couldn't find any other photos of her at Danceteria as early as 1979?
