So basically the last 10 years?

I do think IGTTAS and CT were the best live productions ever! S&S was awful, bad dubbed, weird mixes such as Borderline with heavy edited vocals that make her sound like a teenager with that weird out of tune “Lala” ending part. MDNA with the excessive crowd sound and her voice out of tune, Madame X is the worst one, with her long boring speeches, jokes that ever land and pretty much boring arrangements by Kevin Antunes 🙄

Fans are not entitled to see soundcheck time anyway, it's not usual at all unless the artists offer some kind of package with that included, or for competition winners, etc. In the end they're only meant for checking everything's OK for the proper show, it's like a rehearsal.
The only reason so many fans saw them on the "MDNA Tour" is because she was doing stadiums and was doing most of her soundchecks in the evening just hours before the show, when the doors were already opened and fans inside. It was a logistics thing. She was mostly happy then to share that time with fans and talk to them but let's not forget some grumpy moments including this iconic gif:

Soundcheck time is usually around lunch time or 15:00,16:00 PM. It's usual for fans to be queuing outside and hear the artist/band doing their soundcheck in the venue.

I was thinking on this for a long time.
In 1992 Sinéad O'Connor after singing a spirited re edition of Bob Marley's song War she just ripped off pope's John Paul II picture. Then, all hell broke loose. I remember as a kid a very distant echo of her act. She did this in order to protest about the fact that the catholic church knew and put a blanket on pedo rapists priests and their actions.
after this revolutionary act, Madonna was envious of this 'publicity' and decided to mock her protest openly my doing this:
which to me shows that all her revolutionary' talk was just that, words. She did everything to attract notoriety in the beggining of her career and then courted more fuel for controversy by releasing LAP in a well syncronised campaign by her company that led to the Pepsi fiasco. She gained millions. O' Conor was an original, a survivor. Madonna was just shalow and cheap.

Having an old single online every 2 weeks, or new remixes, or new vinyls like American Life #20 this year, or FEL is part of the reissue campaing. It doesn't mean that it has to match every anniversary and of course they want to milk this for years, mixed with new releases like Popular or Vulgar. 
Enjoy the ride, she's still with us, and she gave a lot. If you have anixety, stream The First Album, and help her legacy increasing her numbers. The only thing that I don't like is when they contradict themselves with official info like the Justify my love HD video coming #soon and it happened 1 year and a half later. But nothing was announced for The first album...

It's true but they don't want to hear it. 
The Confessions Tour is my personal pick for her best tour (though I could see an argument being made for one or two others).
It features the best reinventions of past hits she's ever had, one of the most interesting stage designs, some of her best costumes, is thematically so tight and well developed, and has some of the best choreography of her career. It was the last tour she truly sounded incredible without much assistance from outside influences to make that happen, and it has one of the best cast of dancers she's ever had.
Some moments aren't as perfect as others, but it's one of her only tours that doesn't have a true dud moment in it. 
It moves from strength to strength and is a relentless tour de force and the fact that even her non-fans all over stan twitter and music forums point to it as a tour they respect says A LOT. 

Confessions was her best tour  - I never thought she would top Blond Ambition but think she did with Confessions 

The Virgin Tour is hard to watch it’s all so dated and boring.  And I loved Madonna in 1985. But that tour was a mess.
