All the singles from LAP sound remastered compared to the album versions, even in 1989. It's just a different mix.

In 2009, during an interview with Rolling Stone, Madonna confessed that "I've never been a good judge of what things are going to be huge or not. "Pray For Spanish Eyes" has been updated to just "Spanish Eyes" on every platform except for iTunes/Apple Music and Qobuz (if it's a recent change it may reflect later on those ones as well):
The glitch at 0:01 hasn't been fixed though.
Who knows why the title change.
