Many lovely remixes exist in the 80s, although not all of them are available in 7'' format and/or in digital. I LOVE most of them, so I made this compilation for my iTunes library
I tried to avoid the original album version and edits that already existed in official compilations. Some are official edits, some are the brilliant edits I collected in this forum, and some are my personal edits. Please correct me if I mislabeled anyone here. The selection quite relies on my personal preference, it would be great if you could share more edits that I didn't include here or adjust the tracklist according to your personal interest.

vncsmoraes got a reaction from Ayham in Your least favorite single from each album?
My opinion in parenthesis, though, least favorite =/= dislike... most of the times
    Madonna: Everybody (like it)
Like a Virgin: Angel (but if Gambler had been an album track, that'd be it, at least I enjoy the Dance Mix for Angel)
True Blue: True Blue (but I like the Color Mix, the remix edit and I LOVE the RHT acoustic version)
Like a Prayer: Dear Jessie (but I like that alternate mix version that goes with the supposed demo instrumental)
Erotica: Bye Bye Baby (but I love it)
    Bedtime Stories: Take a Bow
Ray of Light: The Power of Good-Bye (I kinda dig Fabien's Good God Mix)
Music: Music (is my least favorite song of the three but I do love the numerous re-inventions it's had over the years and I like the video sans Baron Cohen)
American Life: American Life (but I love it)
Confessions on a Dance Floor: Sorry (but I love it)
Hard Candy: Miles Away (but I like it. The single release was kinda botched, though, and I - only - like the Johnny Vicious Warehouse Mix off the bunch released)
MDNA: Give Me All Your Luvin' (TO BE FAIR... I do have fun with the MDNA Tour remix/performance and wish she'd leak the vocal Just Blaze Remix already)
Rebel Heart: Bitch I'm Madonna (liked the Celebration Tour performance, tho, could've done without the Nicki rap in it)
Madame X: Crave (I enjoy the Swae Lee-less edit better and I hate pretty much every official remix this song got but I love M in the video even if I would've given its budget to I Rise)

Demo didn't record her voice with an iPhone and you're making that up from a comment on the "MDNA" EPK from William Orbit saying Demo came up with the beat for "Gang Bang" on his iPad. Which is quite different to him having her recording her voice with it.
And even if he did, just remember "Into The Groove" was a slightly polished demo recorded originally with a potato. "Vogue" recorded on a shitty studio cause it was going to be a B-Side for "Keep It Together" and the budget for it was almost non-existent from Warner. The "Erotica" album used minimum equipment to make it raw. "Confessions" was done on Stuart's own home studio and computer. She's always been about the vibe, not the equipment. She was never Quincy Jones and Michael Jackson.

Tell me a great quality sounding pop album from her peers from 2010-2011-2012. I'll wait. Go listen again to Rihanna's "Loud", Kesha's early 10s top hits or even holy Katy's "Teenage Dream" album. And not only mainstream, on the indie side Robyn's "Body Talk" suffers from that too. Loud mess all of them. Britney's "Femme Fatale" is loud too, but OK. I agree sound wise "MDNA" is probably one of the worst offenders from that era, but still.
She didn't write "Papa Don't Preach" either; "Open Your Heart" was brought to her and she updated; "Swim", "Ray Of Light", "Candy Perfume Girl" on the "ROL" album, "Nothing Fails", "God Control"... quick examples; she's always done that. Taking things she likes and bringing them to her own lane. The only difference with "MDNA" is: 1) we got to see the whole process because of the leaks and 2) the album was a flop so it's easier to trash that era.
I wonder what narrative we'd have now if "MDNA" had been a massive commercial success.

Rushed? Yes. Bought songs? Yes as well. But I don't buy this whole "no passion, calculated" narrative some fans have put over "MDNA" over the years. Yes, the superficial songs are superficial indeed, but she really exposed her soul on that album, songs like "Gang Bang", "I Don't Give A", "Love Spent", "Best Friend"... There's nothing soulless in all of them and she was exposing herself completely, almost too much. There's a lot of anger and confusion there. A whole feeling all the time of "what the hell has happened". It was really her second divorce album, but instead of an introspective one like "Like A Prayer", we got a horny, middle age woman, nasty divorce,  I don't give a f**k one.
I find a lot of truth in "MDNA" honestly. Of course we can discuss the quality of the music but that's personal preference in the end. I agree is definitely not one of her best sounding albums, but I dare anyone to try to find great sounding audio on most of mainstream pop music during those years, peak of loudness war and tiny MP3 players, everything was mastered with those in mind. Not an excuse, but an explanation.

I think the problem with the singles from the Interscope era is that many of them sound like they were from their inception made to sound as commercial as possible, thus a lot of fans don't like how generic and pandering they sound (GMAYL & BIM) but they didn't leave enough of an impression on the general public to get them buying as much as Interscope and M wanted (BIM charted at all in the Hot 100 because it went viral with kids on social).
Still, let's not forget that GMAYL charted really high outside the United States AND even in the US the Super Bowl promo managed to get it to #10 at a time when no single from Madonna was a guaranteed top 10 in the country anymore. So it's not like they were completely clueless there, I just wish they'd known better enough to course-correct after the meh response GMAYL got from fans and critics. Well, actually I wish they had not released GMAYL as a single at all and went with GGW. I know that song doesn't re-invent the wheel either and is as generic as fuck but at least, unlike GMAYL, it's fun.

To be fair, I don't think M releases anything she doesn't want to (*points broadly at everything reissues*) but I definitely agree that it had bad singles although Turn Up the Radio should've remained as club promo single for the summer and you can pry the Girl Gone Wild (uncensored) music video from my cold dead fingers.
(I also think Gang Bang should've been a single but the consensus seems to be it wasn't commercial enough, so what do I know ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

My favorite edits of Madonna songs are Ray of Light and Get Together, edited by DJ Leath. E. Rf4c3. Perfectly maintaining the pacing of the original versions and enhancing them by "trimming the fat" with all of those unnecessary lyrics/instrumentals yet flawlessly representing their original spirit.

You are right. These remixes really didn’t need a ‘remastering’; they just needed volume normalization so that all of them sounded consistent. It wasn’t about making ‘Holiday’ as loud as ‘Bitch I’m Madonna’, but rather increasing the volume of the older tracks slightly and decreasing the volume of the newer ones to achieve a more uniform sound throughout the 50 tracks (because many of the modern tracks were already starting to sound distorted in the original releases).
  17. Thanks

Physical Limitations: Vinyl has physical constraints that limit how much volume and compression can be applied without causing distortion or the needle to skip. Mastering Process: Mastering for vinyl is different from digital formats. Engineers are more cautious, prioritizing sound quality and fidelity over volume. Audience and Market: Vinyl enthusiasts and audiophiles prefer sound quality and fidelity, so vinyl mastering focuses on maintaining dynamics and clarity, avoiding excessive compression. https://dr.loudness-war.info/?artist=madonna&album=+Finally+Enough+Love

I don't know much of anything about music mastering and compression and I have a bad ear for this stuff so keep that in mind but: FEL I don't mind because it's meant to be loud music to play at the club/orgies but the Everybody and Gambler remasters are so artificially loud and distorted that they hurt my ears (seriously, the Everybody ones in particular make the Celebration version sound demure), plus they added the fade to Gambler 5 seconds earlier than they should for some reason...?
I think I might need to go back and comprehensively compare some of the original files that I have with the streaming remasters playing close attention this time.

Guys, just found this amazing mix of the album and would like to know if someone here is able to download and split it, please?

EDIT 03/20/24: Just did what @A. A. Aardvark told me and downloaded it and used Audacity to split the tracks. I'll leave the Drive folder below so u guys can download it.
All rights go to the '"Digitally Remastered Music" channel for creating such iconic mixes and doing an amazing work remastering the songs. If you're here, dear, thanks for that and I hope there's no problem in sharing it for download. I did it cause I want to hear them split on my phone and was afraid that Warner or Madonna could strike the video and this gem would be lost.
    Download folder is below, guys
