I don't know much of anything about music mastering and compression and I have a bad ear for this stuff so keep that in mind but: FEL I don't mind because it's meant to be loud music to play at the club/orgies but the Everybody and Gambler remasters are so artificially loud and distorted that they hurt my ears (seriously, the Everybody ones in particular make the Celebration version sound demure), plus they added the fade to Gambler 5 seconds earlier than they should for some reason...?
I think I might need to go back and comprehensively compare some of the original files that I have with the streaming remasters playing close attention this time.

Okay, I must have never heard the original pressing before because this sticks out like a sore thumb.
I really can't understand why they didn't simple use the radio edit instead of trying to recreate it, this is weird.

Erotica had a sloppy edit in the original pressings.

The edit of 'Express Yourself' does not respect the original structure of the song. There are cuts that don’t flow naturally, resulting in abrupt changes. It feels forced, destroying the essence of the song. I imagine it won’t matter if you’ve never heard the song, but if you know it at all, you can tell it’s poorly edited.
‘Express Yourself’ is my favorite song, so much that I can listen to it in a thousand ways, even metal versions sung by other people. And this is the only version I have never been able to stand because it drives me crazy.

I want to say that boutique streaming labels specializing in niche releases are actually going really strong.  There is one area of physical video media that is growing, which is 4k Ultra HD blu-ray.  It seems like a similar scenario to vinyl in the music industry - it's making money specifically because releases are marketed to collectors.  And these labels are growing and releasing higher profile films.
There's also the fact that streaming services are not actually that profitable.  Paramount+ is desperately trying to merge with another company because they lost $490 million dollars just in the last three months of 2023.  Warner Brothers and their MAX streaming service has famously been pulling tons of content to save money and to decrease their massive amount of debt they took on from the merger with Discovery.  Streaming platforms are continuously adding advertising based tiers and increasing prices because they lose money.  Amazon doesn't give a lot of insight into the profitability of Prime Video but it's widely thought of to be a loss leader that keeps people locked into a Prime Subscription and keeps people locked in to shopping via the store.  Basically in a nutshell, streaming platforms will continue to get more expensive and worse.  Collectors know this and are keeping physical media alive, but only when it comes to niche releases that are released in high quality.  I imagine Madonna concert videos could absolutely capitalize on this trend.

Wow! Thanks for this.  While I sorta knew this, but you definitely put it in perspective with your post.  Just another reason why I will always stick to buying physical copies of my favorite music and films.  I've yet to pay for any streaming service like Netflix, Hulu or Spotify. Never will intend to either.  I can get most of my listening pleasure from youtube and the free Spotify service.

Still not enough love for your taste? Here’s “I Found Love: #1’s Remixed”.

I Found Love: #1’s Remixed has the same concept as Finally Enough Love, but features a different remix for each track. You could say it’s Finally Enough Love if released in a parallel universe. You will find some of her best remixes, along with some rare and unreleased versions of Madonna’s greatest hits. Some of the versions here were never released commercially, but are all official. Everything was remastered by me (this was done when I remastered Madonna’s entire discography) so the way it’s done will probably be different from Mike Dean’s remasters, but still up to 2022’s standards.
 
Tracklist:

-For the You Can Dance representation, Everybody and Physical Attraction were both removed and Where’s the Party was included instead. This also allows True Blue to be represented by two tracks instead of just one.
-Causing a Commotion was added as it was sadly excluded on the original compilation. Being between Open Your Heart and Where’s the Party, it might remind you of the setlist order of the Blond Ambition Tour. Coincidence? I think not.
-Impressive Instant was sadly removed as no other remix of a manageable length existed.
-Levitating was added as a “new” track. Even though the US Billboard Dance Club Songs chart didn’t exist anymore at the time of the song’s release, Levitating topped the Billboard year-end chart and felt like a worthy addition to the tracklist. The version used here is the original Blessed Madonna remix, which didn’t feature Missy Elliott and instead has a new recording of Lucky Star as the bridge. This also allows Lucky Star, which was a double A-Side single with Holiday, to be represented in some way in the compilation.

Straight fans feel the need to assert to everybody, including but not limited to complete strangers who did not ask, that they are, indeed, of the heterosexual variety.
That's the main difference I've observed.

I'm talking about "Edit One" and "Edit Two". They weren't released in USA. Only in Europe as B-Side of Rain (and the promotional European vinyl "Rain/Fever") months later. 

I don't mind her doing the Frozen remix for the Tik Tok twinks. I just wish she doesn't do the same songs she does all the time when she has like 30 gay anthems in her catalogue.
If I'm allowed to dream, I'd like her to do something like:
- Frozen (Remix, full version)
- Deeper and Deeper
- Open Your Heart
- Into the Groove
- Live to Tell or Ghosttown (with an M speech before considering how everything's gone to hell again LGBTQ+ rights-wise)
- Hung Up (the thing last year didn't count)
A short set because I don't expect her to put on a full MDNA Tour-scale production for a free event.

she should have used the Just Blaze Bionic Dub of GMAYL. The studio version used on the MDNA Tour was and still is better than the album version
