I’d love a real Singles Collection with all the, you know, single versions.

Midnight already in NZ and no "new" release on Apple Music there, so no new single added this Friday either.

Here’s a groundbreaking idea. Charge a nominal amount for the EP on iTunes and put ALL the mixes on. It doesn’t have to be 99p per track. The immaculate collection has 17 of  her biggest hits and regularly is available to download for £4.99
There’s no reason these dead old mixes can’t be available for £10 for the lot. They’re just sitting on shelves gathering dust when fans want them.
Second to this all songs uploaded to streaming generate revenue and raise her profile. It cost the same amount to upload a 20 track EP as it does a 10 track. 
So the arguments don’t work for me personally. It’s purposely miserly and a bit half arsed. There’s a 16 track Give It 2 Me EP already up there. Just do it Emily even if it’s in two parts.  

I discovered one of my favorite Gloria Estefan songs (Don't Let This Moment End)  is on streaming and that single has 21 remixes and 2 mega mixes. I know it's a different music company but still, 23 tracks is huge.

I think the same way about "American Life". I like it much more today than when it was released. The only song I "hate" is "X-Static Process". Everytime I hear it I remember my religion teacher at school singing us songs...  
Same goes with "Hard candy", it was just an ok when it was released and now I like it very much. I even love "Spanish lesson" (if you judge it as a funny song and not as a master piece it's nice). On the other hand, the opposite happens with "Ray of light" to me. I was in love with that album in 1998. I was like "It's her best album and she won't do anything better" but now... I find it real boring.

With the American Life anniversary I have to say, eventually after 20 years I now love the album. I don't know what it was before but I never took to it. Maybe as I was all about the dance remixes back then and this album didn't have that same kind of feel as ROL and Music. Anyway I now can't stop listening to it. 
I like the new Immaculate Mix, it's good. I like the extra bit on Papa which plays in my Apple AirPods but I can't hear it in my car.

Immaculate Collection in Dolby Atmos on Apple Music this week, instead of a digital EP… The withdrawn American Life video last week… They’re keeping us guessing these last few weeks !

I never noticed that before either. I also noticed her boots transition from flats to heels (depending on the moves she was doing) When she's jumping on the cars they are flat (obviously, no one could do that in heels). 
 

The song rather than the video I meant. The Timberland stuff has dated. 

I think it’s the opposite. To me it sounded dated at the time because I was over the Timbaland/Justin sound.
But I think it aged very well taken out of that context 

I have not watched this video for a long time. It feels very dated now the Timberland stuff but maybe it's just me? 4 Minutes is not a go to song for me. I don't think I listen to Hard Candy much either. It's only now 20 years later that I have started to enjoy American Life more. 

The whole album sounds dated to me now because it was so overused by the time M jumped on the Timberlake / land bus 🤪

It was around 1985 in the UK when everyone went Madonna mad. I liked her songs from the first album but for me Crazy for You, Into The Groove and the Virgin Tour really took me into being a huge fan. She was everywhere from that point on.

Is there any chance that American Life - Mixshow might come out as a digital EP in the future?
Now that we’ve got unmixed You Can Dance, is there a chance for other rarities on streaming alongside the EPs?
Even where the tracks are all already available to stream, having them in these track listings with the original art would still be nice things to have
