Still not enough love for your taste? Here’s “I Found Love: #1’s Remixed”.

I Found Love: #1’s Remixed has the same concept as Finally Enough Love, but features a different remix for each track. You could say it’s Finally Enough Love if released in a parallel universe. You will find some of her best remixes, along with some rare and unreleased versions of Madonna’s greatest hits. Some of the versions here were never released commercially, but are all official. Everything was remastered by me (this was done when I remastered Madonna’s entire discography) so the way it’s done will probably be different from Mike Dean’s remasters, but still up to 2022’s standards.
 
Tracklist:

-For the You Can Dance representation, Everybody and Physical Attraction were both removed and Where’s the Party was included instead. This also allows True Blue to be represented by two tracks instead of just one.
-Causing a Commotion was added as it was sadly excluded on the original compilation. Being between Open Your Heart and Where’s the Party, it might remind you of the setlist order of the Blond Ambition Tour. Coincidence? I think not.
-Impressive Instant was sadly removed as no other remix of a manageable length existed.
-Levitating was added as a “new” track. Even though the US Billboard Dance Club Songs chart didn’t exist anymore at the time of the song’s release, Levitating topped the Billboard year-end chart and felt like a worthy addition to the tracklist. The version used here is the original Blessed Madonna remix, which didn’t feature Missy Elliott and instead has a new recording of Lucky Star as the bridge. This also allows Lucky Star, which was a double A-Side single with Holiday, to be represented in some way in the compilation.

The American Life era remixes are incredible. It must be hard choosing from all the amazing mixes that were released (Easy Ride's is also great)

Still nothing from Madonna’s UK store. Seriously it’s getting ridiculous… till when????? They better send a signed copy by then… 

Between 1988 and 1989 many dance songs used the Lyn Collins sample.
Also a small reference to Technotronic :-)

I know some of you miss Angle and Causing a Commotion in the FEL deluxe album so I decided to take matters into my own hands and do something to ease the hurt.
I've decided to remaster both the Dance Remix of Angel and the Silver Screen Single Mix of Causing a Commotion to match the remaster of Mike Dean, which is EQing and a shitton of compression. 
But of course, included is also my remaster of the two songs, marked with "R-2022 Remaster" with less compression.
The best part? It is upscaled to 24bit/88.2kHz.

No. Edit One (and the most wanted Edit Two) are B-Side of Rain, and only in Europe. They don't belong to the Billboard Dance Club #1 Songs

Nah I think it's because the Fever (Edit One) actually wasn't the one the went #1. It was the remix EP of Fever (including the Murk Boys and Hot Sweat Mixes) and that didn't include the video mixes. Those were released with the Rain - Single. The video mixes are definitely going to be released once they start continuing with the single re-releases or the special editions of the albums.

When I went into HMV earlier the lady behind the counter said I was the first person to buy a copy of FEL, that was at 2pm. I think it's just us living for love but fuck it

All this talk of Fever has derailled my FEL binge and I'm now listening to all the Fever mixes again lol, so much perfection

The interesting choice of Murk to remix Fever also brought the Miami house sound of the 90s to the mainstream, in the same spirit as Junior’s mixes brought the NYC house sound. It’s an experiment and it did produce a different sound & different results. I got to see Oscar G live a few times, he really does have a unique style that keeps the crowd moving. Murk would hit later on with “Fired Up”.

Fever remixes are for me best Madonna remixes ever !
Murk Boys Deep South Mix drives me crazy when I listen to it while I'm running or dancing on my living room. Such an excellent powerful and subtile at same time remix ! Almost all Fever remixes are excellent ! The Bonzai and Bugged out are so so good.
 
Of course the Edit one is good but I still prefer the house album version.
 
I'm not a big fan of Peter Rehaufer. His remixes are too agressive and made of bad taste dance shit music most of the time. And Tracy Young is the worst. Can't understand how she lasted so long with her... 20 years of remixes... Bring Stuart back !
