It's That Girl on CD and double vinyl would be a dream for many collectors. We must insistently ask Rhino for it. Right now, it's the item I want the most as a collector.
I did my own It's that Girl replicating the original cassette thanks to my UK 7'' vinyls (except Borderline, It's recreated from a 12'' vinyl).

But why do we need to have this mentality of a CD vs. Streaming war?
My Promo-CDs and CD-Singles (along with my 7'' vinyls) are my most treasured Madonna items, but thanks to streaming, we're getting a lot of content from digital sources that was previously only available on vinyl. To me, streaming is a perfect complement to CD singles, and of course, I end up burning CDs with those tracks that were never available from digital sources before.

Oh, the pre-internet era...

The edit of 'Express Yourself' does not respect the original structure of the song. There are cuts that don’t flow naturally, resulting in abrupt changes. It feels forced, destroying the essence of the song. I imagine it won’t matter if you’ve never heard the song, but if you know it at all, you can tell it’s poorly edited.
‘Express Yourself’ is my favorite song, so much that I can listen to it in a thousand ways, even metal versions sung by other people. And this is the only version I have never been able to stand because it drives me crazy.

The DVD using DVD-5 and not DVD-9 was so CHEAP and unnecessary and the reason why the quality sucks, yeah.
Gosh, I hate that project. They f***ed up the one that needed to be the most perfect one. Her legacy. Her history.

Actually is one of the best bits from that campaign! I still love it to this day.
It's funny how "Celebration" was basically meant to include almost the whole "TIC" album plus all the other songs from later. I mean, it shows they just took the most easily accessible master tapes and ran: the ones from "Immaculate", some album versions (straight lifted from the albums with fades in and everything, like "Hollywood"). Then fans complained and they made some bad edits on the go: "Express Yourself", "Cherish", "Erotica"...
People thought "GHV2" was lazy, but "Celebration" was way, way more lazy. That lack of quality control with an artist like her was surprising and disappointing.

Anyway, speaking seriously, looks like the type of Fade that occurs because there's no more space on the Maxi at 45 rpm without compromising the sound quality. It's so random...

It’s like a more serious take on La Isla Bonita. That and Who's That Girl were big hits for her. The public always ate up Latin-donna.
I think Spanish Eyes, out of all the options, would have clicked the most with general audiences, whose taste tends to differ quite drastically from that of her fans. If I didn’t know what the singles from LAP were, I never would have guessed that Cherish for example was a single let alone a big hit. That song screams filler imo.

It wasn't easy to do this Demo AI Reconstruction. Nick Kamen's version was slightly different in some places but I wanted to stay faithful to the Madonna demo. Hope you like it.

The oh father video is a masterpiece and is worthy of a full remaster from original film reels but all fans on here care about is getting the edit in streaming because they don’t have to time to listen to the full album version which is 25 seconds longer 🙄
