I guess we may want to keep in mind that nothing "official" has been released about this and it's contents.  I'm betting if this is actually happening, then it's probably a Remix album much in vein that American Life Mix Show was.  I'm not going to get any hopes up that actual demos will be included.  Also, if they were going to add a demo or two on it, I'd think the demos would be of the songs related to the actual album, not songs that were scrapped because she changed the direction she was going.  My bet it will be something much like American Life Mix Show was.

Yeah, but the point is we don't even know if this is an actual except of an actual song... most probably isn't since since noone has ever found any, so I highly doubt some random YT video did it 6 months ago and no fans have noticed.

I bet million dollars we will get something similar to American Life Mixshow with Your Honesty as unreleased demo (they probably forgot all about Remixed and Revisited at this point) and I'd rather be your lover with Tupac, and the rest are edit mixes of single tracks (Human Nature, Bedtime Story, Secret, Take a Bow / some with 2 different mixes as AL Mixshow)... Still, that would be a completely fine release for me. 
I love Bedtime Stories, only wondering what is happening at Warner, really. They are completely ignoring debut 40th, LAV 40th and are focusing on her less successful album such as AL and BS to celebrate? Doesn't make sense to me, even if both albums are amongst my most favorite albums by her. 
 
PS : in all it's stupidity, code name "Naptime" really got me

It doesn’t mean anything, it’s only a code name they used for Madonna so the info doesn’t leak before the official announcement. They used it for LAP silver vinyl too. It’s not some Taylor Swift secret Easter egg hunt that we’re supposed to discover and dissect the meaning behind.
