I actually think she’s releasing something here’s why:
*In 2019 she mentioned she’s working on a mix tape
*When people were complaining about the theater tour she said “it’s just the beginning” which means she was planning on something 
*2020 she started writing the movie and she had the time to listen to the demos 
*Her mentioning she wanna be a Dancing queen again 
*The Mix tape gets mentioned again!!!
*Pink hair and different photoshoots!!!
*Her Team Posts a fancam with “Burning Up Demo”
*Asking the fans to create  “Something to remember” Track list 
*The Immaculate Collection Anniversary and the “stay tuned for related surprises!”
*Posting about the Immaculate Collection again “Careful what you wish for” 
*New Picture of her in the studio!
*Her posting that she’s feeling better and her knee/hip is healing 
*Now we have #prethanksgivingrelease 
so I feel like at this point she’s definitely up to something but with that being said it’s M and she really loves to troll her fans!!

If it's true and not Trolldonna striking again, I guess it's a rarities album (maybe she's been inspired by Mariah and listening to all those old demos for the movie script).
But Madonna giving the fans what they want? 2020 is truly CRAZY.

Stuart was great at re-inventing her hits...but I was NO fan of his live musical direction. That 'canned' sound started with him.  (Yep, I said it).
I'm going to disagree with most here, and say Kevin's work was actually quite good on Sticky & Sweet. The band sounded live and funky, and the arrangements and transitions were great. The downslide started with MDNAT and into RHT.
I don't hate Kevin's work entirely, he can be quite good with other artists...but it is time for a whole new band and new musical director.
The truly last LIVE band that was great through and through was The Girlie Show band, led by the phenomenal Michael Bearden.

That's it. Since Sticky & Sweet all the live renditions sound like fanmade bootlegs, soul-less, uninspired, cheap... that doesn't translate well the music to the audience, and even if she has the best tecnology or dancers, or budget, the public don't have the feeling of being on their best night ever. Ditch him please!

Long gaps of nothing, late releases of concerts, complete neglect to her legacy and the anniversaries of her iconic works (or disgraceful ways to celebrate them with cheap-looking t-shirts and merch), no appearances unless there’s an album to promote, no worthwhile content on social media, no proper and accessible releases of her past tours, and no real ways to celebrate her career and incentivize people to check her out.
A self-destructive strategy is exactly what it is. They’re ruining her career (and she is too) and her irrelevancy isn’t caused by sexism and ageism is she claims. They are both a factor but it’s her horrendous management and late hopping on cheap trends and relying on names to sell below average songs that is doing the biggest harm. 

She will not miss the opportunity to tag "#soon" in a hundred post on instagram before the release!

Madonna can't please everybody. I remember fans not liking Vogue when it was released after the more organic Like a Prayer singles (some even hated the Pettibone remix of EY). I remember people trashing COADF after American Life (this one being trashed by others) and Music, some really hated that single.
Does it mean it's good or bad ? It's just opinions and people are too involved. I for one hated You'll See and that boring Evita period. I didn't think True Blue was a solid album. Do i think i'm right ? It's just my taste and its not better than the next person's.
The question is, it's ok to not like something but why forcing your opinions on others ? You need the validation because you can't stand your ground on your own ? Why looking for validation in critics or social medias ? Do you like or dislike something based on your gut feelings or do you need the permission and approval of others to feel secure about your own taste ?
Instead of questionning Madonna, which will avail to nothing (she does what she wants) maybe you should either question yourself or just come back when you'll actually enjoy her again...or take a break from her. Madonna evolves and so does our taste it can't always match. I quite like You'll See now. I loved MDNA when it was released, i can't even bare to look at that album now.
Madonna tried so many styles and genres musically and got new fans with each that it's impossible for her now to satisfy everybody. She's not the only one. Yesterday Sufjan Stevens released a synth pop track that got his fans mad, the ones who are still expecting a Chicago #2.
That's the problem with internet and forums, at the end of the day it's the same for every pop stars, disappointed fans are always louder than the ones who enjoy things.Internet is just a place to rant now. I wonder if people are still able to enjoy something anymore. Too scared to say they love something when someone who doesn't keeps telling it's trash and tries to get into people's heads to convince them it is. Times are really hard, focus on what brings you joy and pleasure and share your enthusiasm, there are really shitty things going on in the world right now, a remix is trivial compared to that. Let people get their lives from the things they enjoy and find your own without raining on people's parade. Cynism and negativity are the most shared things on internet when all we need right now is to find a way out, an escape. For some it's a remix, for others it's to rant about the meanest things and belittle people.
I like this remix and im happy some people find joy in it in this shitty time. Find your own joy and happiness (hopefully not in putting others down because you're down even though misery loves company).

I have no idea what people are talking about, I think the remix is great! Her vocals sound so good and so much better than the vocal production on Madame X. We need this on the next album.
