They don't have an ageism issue, they have a ratings issue and have had it since the 90's, which is when they were being routinely critised for over looking newer, younger artists and is also the time when they tried to change their image. It worked intially, but has now back fired on them, It has nothing to do with good music and hasn't for a long time. They don't care who wins, they only care about who turns up, who performs and if they can bring in viewers

Its a rock and a hard place, I remember how much shit the Grammys got for Steely Dan winning AOTY over Eminem years ago and it seems they have changed course dramatically.

Gwen has some Italian in her too, I believe. Yes they look like cousins lol. Lips, facial structure sometimes, and the big gorgeous horsey (in a good way) smile 

As much as i dislike this era, i dig this choreography. 

I find people are much more calculating than ever as well. There were always a few people like that but it seems that everything is much more competitive and its rarer to find real people. So much fakeness..

I love that this feels so unique and special, mysterious and almost secretive. Selfishly I want phone footage but I bet not having it in the theater makes it a different experience

People need better outlets for their anger than politics. It shouldn't be about feelings, that's a dangerous slippery slope.

She's right. The political climate has a lot to do with it too. And imo, it's not the fault of one leader or party. It's all leaders and parties.  The lying, sensationalizing media, the forcing, name calling, judging, and demeaning is off the hook if you don't agree on something or with someone.  In an internet age, maybe as a whole(for many reasons), we just don't know how to talk to people anymore? I don't know ...but it's hard on everyone.    

Technological advancement has a lot of unforeseen consequences and it's changing humanity very rapidly. Politics are just a way for people to express their mindset but it's just a side effect. I don't think social norms should be treated as a political issue. 

That Marianne Williamson called it a "dark psychic force" and everyone laughed but I sorta can't help but agree with her

im sure in real life they're real cowards and so they feel powerful with a keyboard. that is just sad and everyone's cheap way of coping with stress nowadays I guess. i rather focus on things i like
