I have no idea what is going on in here, everyone seems to be talking about different things. It's really annoying going on about things that hasn't been confirmed. 

It's not ONLY, but ALSO about the expanded re-issues. 
If you think 3 years since the announcement is reasonable, good for you  but, IMO, they shouldn't make a statement since a such long time as they know fans are waiting for something like that since the cancellations of the 20th career commemorative box. 
Of course, the campaign creates expectations about the releases and if they had not intention to make things happen sooner, it's acceptable many fans are frustraded, like me, because I'm one of the target audience for such kind of release.
And like I said before, the word 'expanded' means extra content, although they didn't make any detailed specifications about the content.
I still have hopes about the first re-issue release with LAV-40th, her first landmark album. If this doesn't happen, I will forget about this campaign. 

I never said single edit and fade is necessary to be released and also I don't care about her stream catalog. 
I'm here for the deal Warner announced in august 2021 about the expanded landmark albuns and 3 years later we haven't got any of them. 
I didn't create the statament, it's from Warner/Rhino. If they changed the plans, they should tell the public the project was scrapped and end of the story. 
Anyway, I'm interested for the physical expanded landmark albuns. 
Although english is not my primary language, I think the word EXPANDED means we'll not get only the regular tracklist, but also something as a bonus like happens with every artist that has a contract with Rhino. 
If fans would be happy about the bonus, it's another story, but it's the perfect time to release some demos and unreleased remixes. 
 

You seem to answer your own question. Still, no one is on her team is awaiting 30 years to update things.  I'm seeing quite the progress and no avid fan is truly suffering here.  Most hard core fans have access to all her music and it's just a matter of complaining to what's not available to the general public.  I confidently repeat what I've said before, not everything needs to be available to the general public.  Any hardcore fan has everything in some format.   It's not like Madonna is an artist that is hard to find on the internet.  Still, not ever single edit and fade is necessary to be released.

I was a teenager when that was released.  I remember the video premiering on MTV in June as well.

About a month ago she had a live worldwide braodcast in front of 1.6 million of people and we're kinda supposing her to go like: "Nah ... let's do it at the Lady Land party in NY, that's surely gonna work MUCH BETTER!" 
Truth is: I'm quite preoccupied for her outfit (yes, I still am as the recent years experiments left me a bit traumatized) and, in any case, we'll be lucky if she is gonna perform the 10/Chop Vogue mix and maybe a second song with her guitar (she'll just be there as a ballroom judje imo). And, for once, I think that would be quite more than enough. She is being celebrating the Pride with us EVERY FUCKING YEAR!! Who else?

But you're going to always be labeled as gay because society says so. If a guy has fucked men but also fucks women and ends up marrying a woman, he is NEVER going to be labeled str8. To the contrary, women can mess with other women then marry a man and still considered str8. Quite stupid comparison.
Also, lets imagine a world where Madonna is homophobic and denounces gays etc. People are going to bring out receipts and say YOU'RE BISEXUAL YOU'RE A SELF HATING BISEXUAL HYPOCRITE.
It's only trendy to say "oh, you're a cis WHITE female who is str8". 
I myself have kissed women and feel attraction to some women and have masturbated to women or watch str8 porn but still say I'm gay because it's too complicated to say well im bi sometimes yada yada yada especially when it brings up other issues and expectations. 
It's only convenient to diminish her sexuality to promote the narrative that she's some str8 whyte woman who has privilege. Its beyond stupid especially when it comes to madonna and only highlights internalized homophobia and bisexual erasure. Also, there's some gay people who have had lots of sex but never a relationship so your argument is just daft. Wah wah.

Well put it this way. Most of my female friends have had encounters and attraction to women yet don’t identify as bisexual or consider themselves part of the community. If you are not actively having serious relationships with the same sex I don’t think you should identify as such. The point of identifying as part of the community is that you are part of a minority group. Madonna and Lady Gaga aren’t part of a minority group, they’re straight white women that benefit from that privilege. Yet you see articles or categories listing Queer artists , there to give representation to Queer artists and you see Lady Gaga listed. Certain artists these days use it for convenience and it’s a bit inappropriate. Sure, we can’t prove who is/isnt, but if they’re not dating someone of the same sex then the odds are they aren’t really Queer.

There’s a rumor that she’s doing a new song for pride naming all the colors in the flag in a vogue rap style babe written by Patrick Leonard and produced by Shep and Stewart and Max of course 😉

Yeah, it's simply gonna be an appearance.  Not sure why some people are leading themselves to think she's going to release something new?  If she was going to perform, there definitely would be more talk by more reliable sources. At best, she's going to show up and possibly DJ or be seen dancing to music if not some of her own. Being her daughter is listed as DJ, she could easily be there to support that. Setting oneself up to more than that, is going to lead some to a huge let down and then they will go into this huge tirade how she could have used this opportunity to drop something.  Not every event/birthday she attends or has,  has to be a moment she should drop something new or do some huge performance.
