I think Warner simply wanted to keep it a surprise for the moment, as that's why they used a fake artist name and title. But they forgot to put a fake cover too.

@proxyWait, so what? Is that supposed to be "whore" behavior? That's a pretty misogynistic insult - she (well, the character "Madonna"), as an adult woman, should be able to have consensual sex with whomever she wants without being called either of those terms.

I think Madonna's biopic should be a parody now. It would be more entertaining. Just entertain all the preconceived notions people have about her. Have her fuck everybody in the film. Have a entourage of men slaves that live in her mansion... etc.

I mean, see it as you wish, I'm just saying it's supposed to be ridiculous because it's a parody. Also, I didn't sense any slut shaming on the trailer, to be honest.
