To me she should really finish those songs and make a proper release for Avicii's renditions to honour that great dj and make justice to his legacy. Even as a digital EP it would be fine!
But maybe she can't do it due to what happened to him...

@stickersweeter, I posted the link before watching the video completely through. I was just excited, but like you said it doesn't look too HD to me. There are parts that look good, but it still looks pretty much like what it was before.
The Premium is a scam.  I would never pay for that.

I correct myself. That shoot must have taken place the first week of July 2008, between the 5th and the 6th.

Possibly the first week of May.

I felt that when the doors were open and we were fortunate enough to watch the final songs rehearsal in 2012. I was able to reach the front row while she was rehearsing GMAYL and performing that memorable break. It was like I was watching History right before of my eyes, watching that Entity you mentioned. All the iconic moments of her career passed through my eyes and then I reached nirvana haha

I'm a sucker for the song and it has a meaning to the tour... but I must admit it does looked rushed, repetitive, idk. The costumes were an awesome idea, though. I think if it wasn't for the Madonnas on stage, this performance would be even weaker. (Celebration tour ending could never top the MDNA Tour ending imo)
So, yes, Express Yourself would've been good as the tour misses lots of hits... or maybe a remarkable version for Everybody would've served to close a full circle like she would be telling "...and we're just starting, bitches", get it?

It's cuz I make music myself... and every time I would tell someone I made electronic music (this is before 2008) they would always say "Oh that's so cool! Are you a DJ??" and I'm like... 

Oh sad to hear that. I just watched his interview with M and he seemed such a nice, ironic, elegant man, the perfect British host. And that interview is still one of her best ever  rip

@stickersweeter Thanks for your wonderful response.  This was part of the shoot for a Rolling Stone special edition called Musicians on Musicians in 2021, where Maluma and Madonna both interviews each other.  There were even a a couple of promotional videos to it as well.  She uploaded one of them which includes a remixed version of "Bitch, I'm Loca".  Another had snippets of them interviewing each other in a bar.
