Because it’s been 6 months and all we have so far is some lame 2 minute frozen mix and a remix package of songs we have already ? I just don’t get the strategy here from her or Warner’s - it makes no sense - I’ve not heard a single person outside of this forum mention this sucky frozen remix so yall need to calm down if you think it’s going to win her over a new fan base - she should be focussing on her die hard fan base not tweens who wouldn’t know a good song it kicked them in Their smart phone 

How do you know this? Nobody has hinted at this assumption you’re making.
Also I wish her fandom would decide already. I keep seeing everyone obsessing her achieving chart and mainstream success. 
But the moment she does anything in that direction everyone is upset.

I can't understand the complain about this compilation, like what's the problem with it?  This is way better and more interesting than a traditional greatest hits or whatever. The album reissues will come #soon and this is a good thing to enjoy in the meantime while we wait, so just try to be happy for once my god 

Was AL the reason why US radio boycotted her music? I’ve read that the boycott happened between Hung Up and Sorry and that’s why Sorry didn’t have any impact in the US. But I can’t think of anything she could’ve done in 2005 that would’ve caused the boycott… 2003 though… that makes sense

not having very high expectations but in the deepest part of my soul i have hope that even this sessions that started only for Frozen 2K22 she feels inspired and end up being something more.
It's always good news she's in the studio.. in the end we can like other facets of her but if we follow her is because of music
 

It has to be said...There's problematic undertones to some fans being vehemently repulsed by the idea of Madonna working with rappers. I have seen these type of comments not only on forums but on her Facebook page as well.
The Swae Lee criticism is particularly ironic because "Crave" is one of the poppiest songs from Madame X but I guess some people assume that a black collaborator = a "rap" song. The truth is that Madonna has never made a hip-hop record but she has always been heavily influenced by black artists and their sound, from Madonna and Like A Virgin to Bedtime Stories and Hard Candy.
Obviously you don't have to applaud everything she does but you would think that Madonna fans should be a little more open-minded by now, no? She used to be celebrated for her reinventions and versatility but as of lately, I have seen more and more fans that want her to remain stagnant, to the point of going back to her past (white) producers.
And while I would totally be on board with another "Hung Up" or "Like A Prayer" sized hit, the Facebook comments implying that rap music is apparently beneath her do rub me the wrong way and they could be construed as racial microagressions.
Anyway, on a brighter note, 2022 is shaping up to be a good year for Madonna fans. 40th career anniversary, new music, new biopic and the long-awaited reissues. Fingers crossed for more good things to come.

What really needs to change is that her fans need to step into the present and stop saying "she needs to do this Madge you're above this don't do that" etc because all that catches on and creates a "SEE NOT EVEN HER FANS LIKE HER ANYMORE" environment. It also amuses me how alot crap on the Frozen remix when clearly it was going viral. People complained about insta being too ugly so she finally serves us looks yet people complain there's filters as if shes the first and only person to ever use filters. She really is damned if she does damned if she doesnt. The only difference is that fans try to overcompensate and try to be "anti-stan" and do nothing but bitch.

I'm really surprised by some fans disliking that much this move and the remix in particular.
The remix was born as a Tik Tok trend, it's not a classic remix, it's a mood. Of course it's not a Junior Vasquez remix. Of course it's 2 minutes, it's meant to be used in short videos and added to playlists. The shorter the better. It's not 1995 anymore, by the way. You got a 10 minute "Frozen" Calderone Club Mix from 1998 if you want one of those.
For the first time IN YEARS she seems to be truly aware of what's going on and have a team and a label supporting her to capitalize on that. She's gonna achieve millions stream numbers with this remix. And not only that. Go check the latest comments on the "Frozen" official YouTube music video: lots of comments of new people discovering the original song, thanks to the remix.
She's doing EVERYTHING right this time but she truly can't win with some fans. The only thing they could have done better is releasing it earlier but I guess there was business/contractual stuff going on behind the scenes (remember it was hard to know who was the original remixer at first) and she wanted to give a little space to the "Madame X" tour release anyway to have its own spotlight.
