Shep Pettibone had zero involvment in the book and criticized it, saying it ruined Erotica (when it's his subpar production that did it) and Isabella Rosselini criticized the book a few years ago. 
It's great that she's celebrating that book like this because it means that after all the witch hunt and dismiss she won in the end and she's owning it. And i absolutely love Lola and Rocco's being there because it's an answer to all the lame interviewers and people who have been bringing the book back in the conversation from the moment Liz Rosenberg sent that statement to the press saying Madonna was pregnant with Lola. Columns after columns, even in the London Times about how unfit she was gonna be as a parent. No other star had such a public debate on wether she was gonna be a good mother.

They also don’t give people like Cher or Dolly a hard time about surgeries and fillers. I think part of that is because both Cher and Dolly submitted to the public, and they frequently joke about their own surgeries and appearances and being / growing old. Madonna refuses to talk about hers, and so they just keep bullying her trying to force her to. Even her own fans act like she doesn’t know she doesn’t really look like the filtered photos. I think Madonna is well aware of all of it, but simply doesn’t feel she needs to submit on that level.  It’s part of misogyny, as men frequently are not asked to own up to cosmetic procedures the same way women are. Nobody asks Tom Cruise what he’s had done or acts like he owes it to the public to tell them all about it. 

Sadly people believe everything they see and read online. A grand majority of people are dumb af 😆 has anyone seen Elton John lately...weird they never talk smack about him. Anyway, Madonna has been crucified her whole career, and yet she still perseveres - it's for THAT reason why she still matters (to me at least) xo

I was doing dental cleaning this morning and my dentist started talking about M (yes, she knows I am a fan but she likes her too), saying how terrible she is with grillz because she can't even speak, and how her face has changed and how she thought the eye patch was meant to hide a bad eye surgery.
I was receiving the teeth procedure so I couldn't answer

She got electrofunk groove, she got swept away and moved to London and fed some chickens... Became an English Rose with added accent and up for grabs gave us some children's books but... because society told her thats not who she is ...bam! She got political and conservative with an amazing underrated album and re-invented herself by breaking some bones and confessing she pushed, she jumped, she loved NY and John Travolta! What?? Hung Up? No I hung up - Got bored now....

People... please remember that we are all on the same side.  Madonna alters her photos... yes... I do too a bit whether it is to disguise a wrinkle, undarken my eyes, look more structually chiseled or hide my crooked nose.  Madonna has used makeup, photoshop, wardrobe and lighting to alter her appearance for decades, even when she was a twenty something.  It is OK.  She looks great, even without the filters.  Honestly, Madonna was, is and will remain iconic.  I rather enjoy the instagram and selfies.  Madonna definitely has put more light into the world than she has taken and that is what makes her a legend.  

I greatly anticipate whatever announcement happens and whenever. If it truly is tomorrow - excellent. I am hoping this signals the end of the InstaDonna era,  but I also hope for peace in the Middle East - neither seem likely at present!
