I literally sent an email to my local newspaper regarding several articles they have written on the topic of Madonna and "her looks" (if you really want to talk about how to fuck up someone's self worth read those articles, but anyway). Calling her things like "Someone tell Grandma to Stop" amongst other dumb shit I will not put into the universe. But, WHY DO PEOPLE CARE SO MUCH WHAT SOMEONE DOES on:
1. Their social media - facetuning photos...hi...um...instagram made a buisness on altering photos...we all do it/did it, they've been doing it for years. Do we really think that's what celebrities look like - oh honey NO.
2. To their body - you don't fkn know what goes on in her head; why she has chosen to get a lift here, a touch up there, an injection there IT IS NOT YOUR 👏 BODYYYY. Again, why do ppl care? If it makes a person feel fulfilled within themselves -- again, not my buisness.
3. How people have fun. I'm sorry, is it a law people can't enjoy their fkn life? Britney dances in front of her camera (a lil weird ok) but so what. It makes her happy. 
You know it really says alot to those people who analyze a person's looks. When in fact if we take a look in the mirror (myself included) there are many things I say enough about myself that the LAST thing I'm about to say is to criticize or minimize someone else.
Social media and the pandemic has really messed ppl up -- read a book or something.
Glancing at those articles and reading the non-stop comments about "looks" is getting a lil stale and petty at this point.

 

Angry customers who rant about the Erotica picture disc rerelease because the plastic wrap has wrinkles and forum trolls who have been hating one of best friends, Guy O, for years.
If I were her, I wouldn't pay too much attention to them and wouldn't care about pleasing them either.
So I'd rather reissue one of the most iconic things in my career and rip privileged art collectors off to fund hospitals in Africa.

Those are truly fantastic photos of her. I really love it a lot.

Exactly. And even when injured Madonna gave a more engaging and creative show and performance than Taylor Swift has or could ever do.

How proud I feel knowing that Madonna will go on tour again at the same time as other artists much younger than her, such as Taylor Swift and Christina Aguilera, showing that age is not an impediment to continue doing what she likes the most. Madonna's name is already known worldwide, it's practically a label, so the expectation to see her is something that will never go extinct even if she doesn't release any new albums.
And I don't think it's disrespectful to compare other artists with Madonna, rather they should feel flattered because they are comparing them to a character who has practically gone down in history. It's like comparing a young painter to Frida Kahlo or a new actress to Meryl Streep. I do not remember the case of someone who has expressed discomfort when compared to Madonna. On the contrary, everyone would like to be like her, but that is impossible because Madonna has set the bar very high and no one will ever be able to equal her, much less surpass her.

She is not untalented but I think most people would agree her music is highly overrated. Her lyrics sound like a 17 year old wrote them. Her voice is ordinary. She’s an average performer. Her style, no matter what genre she does is always derivative. It’s good marketing only.
And politically she stands for nothing.

thats quite an achievement for an incredibly dull album but im happy for her - clearly her fanbase just stream the shit out of her music constantly - i cant imagine her fans parents were happy with the swearing though -
