She's not a megastar at all, she's having her moment, just like Lady Gaga and others before her. She's just very lucky, she has an amazing team who knows what they're doing, and as I mentioned before, music is consumed differently these days. Sitting in bed listening to a song on your phone isn't really a pure sale, it's kinda fake in my opinion but it is what it is. 
Madonna is beyond a megastar, she's iconic and legendary and her crown won't be taken away by someone with a personality of a cabbage, no matter how many records of Madonna's she's desperate to break.

I'm a 40 year old gay man and I know every Taylor Swift album except her self titled.  I think a lot of you have your heads stuck in the sand if your idea of Taylor Swift's music is "teeny bopper" and you're talking about Shake It Off.  That song is almost a decade old and if going by total stream count is only her FIFTH most popular song.  The string of Folklore/Evermore/Midnights/The Tortured Poets Department have most people in the music industry praising her songwriting ability.  Adele, Billy Joel, Carole King, Stevie Nicks, Ringo Starr, Bruce Springsteen, Phoebe Bridgers, Olivia Rodrigo, Jon Bon Jovi, and Dolly Parton have all praised her songwriting.  Taylor might not write songs that you specifically like to listen to, but to discredit her songwriting ability is basically saying some of the people known for being the best lyricists of all time have no idea what they're talking about.
Multiple women can make good music.  It's ok.

Music is consumed differently these days, back then you had to travel around to record shops to find stuff, and playing records and cassettes repeatedly didn't add more sales. Now all Taylor Swift fans have to do is stream her rubbish repeatedly on their phones in bed and that contributes to "sales"  so of course it looks like she's more successful than she really is. She's a mediocre, forgettable nobody that silly little girls think is cool. I can't stand her. I wish people would stop going on about her, she's boring as fuck.

There IS a megamix/medley that is official but that one is NOT it. The official one only consisted of GMAYL GGW and TUTR with it being the first preview of TUTR we got at that time. It's also interesting because in the megamix there was a different ending of GMAYL.

I highly doubt it's an official Madonna / Live Nation release.

It has been widely criticized that Taylor made sure to drop exclusive local and limited versions of her terrible album whenever someone she was beefing with released an album that was a threat to her #1 spot.
Her album and it’s 31 SONGS is not an organic success. She had to release a new variant with a new pointless bonus track to keep it afloat. She is beyond insane and narcissistic, not a girl‘s girl either. She made room for her friend Sabrina this week. This is the first time she has done so this era. 
Thankfully people are catching on to her extremely questionable and shady behaviour.
