Well, you did say MTV is keeping "all" MTV performances off of Youtube. That they aren't doing. And I expect that particularly didn't stand out and that's why the performance wasn't ever uploaded by anyone. There are other performances of that song though available on Youtube. I'm sure there are other performances from that year and other years not available on Youtube, but I don't necessarily believe MTV is keeping them from being uploaded to Youtube.

Nevermind, I found one with pixilated fairies and animations superimposed on it.

I've tried uploading some VMA performances on Facebooks, such as Express Yourself, and it was instantly blocked.
