Where does the adult actor Joey Stefano appear in the Deeper and Deeper video? He also appears in the Gaiety Theatre section of Madonna SEX. 

I really don't think the guy posing on the mattress is him (but I could be wrong) and I've been trying to work this out for years.

The confusion comes because the long haired guy in Deeper and deeper suppose to represent another Joe.

Madonna wanted Little Joe to appear in the video, yet he refused. He only appears as Joe here and now and not Little Joe of yesteryear.
