New Studio Album or Celebration Tour?

With the news of Madonna "Back in the Stu with Stuart Price" today, there is a debate among some fans if it's really for a studio album or if this  for the "Celebration Tour"?  I think no doubt we all hope it's for a new album. We know how over produced her tour releases are, no reason to assume anything other than celebration tour undoing the live parts

WORKING ON A NEW ALBUM!!!!!   They are being too playful and secret-teasing like for it to be the tour imo. Thanks for the new POLL to get a consensus on it. I love it!
