Ok a summary for you guys:

 

It's unreleased, but it's not a demo, from a musical project or a movie.

 

It is from the 90s, performed on tour (but not DWT).

Obscurely, a version of the song (not M version) features in an episode of America's Next Top Model and the same episode features a key person related to the original song. This key person in question is Brazillian and is/was a model (only learned this yesterday) but not a big famous one i think.

The Girl From Ipanema, and the model is Helô Pinheiro. Madonna performed in 90´s, The Girlie Show in Rio and São Paulo.

It is the Girl From Ipanema which she sang on the Girlie Show.

 

 

The song was inspired by Helô Pinheiro who was a 17 year girl, seen walking down the street in Ipanema each day by the person who wrote the song. She is labeled as a model on Wikipedia. She featured in the 12th season of ANTM when the last 6 contestants moved to Brazil and they met her during a challenge and the song got played.
