'Madonna doesn't like to repeat herself' so I doubt it. I like the idea of using some vocal samples from current songs, like she did in Confessions and Sticky & Sweet. Maybe she will film a backdrop video to open the show, that would be great, it really gives her shows a feeling of exclusivity. Regarding the song, it depends on her

She would end with a beautiful performance of Take a Bow, sing the line "say goodbye" and then go out of scene. Then LFL chords would start playing and she'd come back for an epic performance of the song. I know it isn't gonna happen anyway.
