Madonna still undecided about her next single

There has been a lot of speculation about the first single off Madonna’s upcoming album…

 

“Messiah†was the first rumoured choice, but “Rebel Heart†and “Bitch I’m Madonna†also popped up quite often. Diplo, on the other hand, has confirmed in various interviews that the single is ready and hinted that it may be “Unapologetic Bitchâ€.

 

For now, the top two contenders are “Unapologetic Bitch†and “Living for Loveâ€â€¦ but nothing has been decided yet.

 

As we stated early September, Madonna recorded a few “I survived a hard breakup and am stronger for it†anthems, but “Living for Love/Carry on†is probably the most accessible and club friendly one.

 

Definitely a solidly crafted song but musically it’s also a pretty safe choice. It’s one of those well-crafted, emotionally honest songs that sound great in the background while you wait in line at your local supermarket.

This wouldn’t be the same artist however that revolutionized the pop music industry with “Musicâ€, “Frozenâ€, “Justify my Love†or “Die Another Dayâ€.

 

“Unapologetic Bitch†seems like a much more edgy, unexpected and interesting first single choice. The lyrics are more personal and quite incisive. The catchy electro-pop-reggae tune is more experimental and risky,though we believe it could reach a larger audience.

 

Many fans complained that Madonna played it a little too safe with her single choices for MDNA. Sure, “Gimme all your luvin’†and “Girl Gone Wild†were radio-friendly, but they left the music lover in us a little disappointed.

 

Madonna is releasing her next album working with some of the the largest corporations on the planet, but is it too much to ask that she retains some of her edge?

Exciting times. Exciting news/rumor. Are we getting two singles early next year?
 
1. Diplo to release a track with Madonna, Nicki Minaj and Sophie. Most likely 'Trust No Bitch/Trust no Man', a track with reggae vibe, originally written with Natalia Kills and Martin Kierszenbaum, but reworked by Diplo
 
2. DM: Living for Love is the first single.
 
3. MR: M is still undecided about her next single. Top contender for first single is between 'Unapologetic Bitch' [edgy] and 'Living for Love' [safe]
Also said Madonna is releasing her next album working with some of the the largest corporations on the planet... [are they talking about PROMO as in using her new songs in commercials/campaigns?]

OMG... time goes by so slowly... LOL, but little by little we are getting closer and closer to the date of the release, in two weeks the holidays are here and we'll be in January 2015 really soon, at that point all is gonna get faster, I think, and I hope... :Madonna001: and yes, 2 singles and the pre-order of the album would be so fucking great!!.

Madge is desperate to ensure her new  material is a success, and has been tapping up some of the industry’s biggest hitters to help her out, including One Republic’s Ryan Tedder
 
"He apparently confirmed they've been working on tracks for the new album when he appeared at the Jingle Bell Ball at the weekend and said 'its her strongest material in over a decade' and was concerned when the Madonnas songs leaked that it was one of his, but wasnt"

In regards to leaks [and this is for everybody]: 

 

We don't yet have a specific set of rules, because it hasn't been necessary, but please don't ask for new album leaks on the forum and don't post them either. Other than that we are quite relaxed. Private messages are private, but please don't ask on the forum for things to be sent privately. We don't want trouble.
