Why does Spotify have the extended versions of Papa Don't Preach and Dress You Up on their respective albums and not the originals?

  Borderline on the TIC is not a mistake - the digital version has the 5:17 album version of Borderline, it was released in 2005 that way
  
  Where do you find the Express Yourself Non-Stop Mix? I only have the album/TIC/Celebration versions
