I want to say in that special she did with Rupert Everett where she walked on her old NYC stomping grounds she said something along the lines of she'd rather die than sing Like A Virgin again.  

Candy Shop at least I recall and thought it was kind of catchy....  Body Shop I guess it didn't leave a lasting impression on me as I have no real memory of it.

So true.
I didn’t know either until recently Madonna used to live in Union City and recorded some of her debut album there.  It’s not far from where I grew up

Videos like the one above I find cool in general.  Seeing how things change/or look the same over time.  But yes years back I did drive on the street the house Papa Don't Preach on was filmed.  I mean at least the outside if it not the inside.  My take on it was the street was and felt a lot more narrow in person.  Two cars could barely pass each other on it.  I was also surprised how hilly that street was and that whole neighborhood was.  Perhaps they used it for the good shots of downtown NYC?  
 
The guy in this video is from Staten Island so I guess he sort of felt a little more comfortable getting out of his car and walking around.  The street felt very residential and the vibes I got were Im not sure how appreciative people that lived there would be of someone stopping and taking pictures of things kind of thing...  
 
Overall the house did feel and look differently irl.  But yeah it all looked for familiar kind of thing.

Have you ever been abused or known someone who was abused? Sad to say it's common that they're afraid to say anything or admit it whether its out of retaliation or out of public embarrassment.

Went to the NYC bus station where Desperately seeking Susan was shot but the toilets have been completely renovated since...

i 've visit battery park  New York ( DSS) , fifth avenue & wall street (WTG ) ,  Venezia ( Like a Virgin video) and Florence ( turn up the radio video) 

I dont know if it still exists, but I once visited The Gaiety where the SEX book and part of Erotica were shot.
I remember being surprised at how small the venue was.
