Very clever of them because they would only permit the actual artists giving their reports about themselves plus the official media outlets where the news are ALWAYS controlled by the people they talk about.
In one word: CENSORSHIP.

As soon as she took off in the UK the British team decided to fully capitalize on it, probably thinking, like most of the rest of the world then, that she was the flavor of the moment and her success wouldn't last. While the US team probably saw more in the medium/long term.

I don't think there was ever a mention of the ILNY track version on this tracklist . The "(demo)" brackets on Wikipedia or some other sites are not the official listing. This mix doesn't have a title different than the regular COADF version.

After all, from times to times M gets generous with us and does what we actually want from her. So why not having this?
