Well Stuart Price produced Free Yourself for Jessie Ware and it sounds modern, fresh and classic at the same time. I would love him to return with Madonna!

I mean i think that's just how low pop had sunk but then again I also think young kids also never wanna acknowledge the past and that newer doesnt always mean better. Look at that Chappell Roan girl. I heard one of her songs and i was like THIS is her? The most innovative lesbian popstar ever? Music that sounds like the GoGos meets Cyndi Lauper? This is innovative?

"Celebration" was a s**tshow and the fact that we're still talking about how bad it was handled 15 years later proves it.
Plus we're still suffering the consequences from it, lately the whole "Like A Prayer" Spotify merging thing.
Yep, the artwork and some of the versions included and remasters were the only good thing to come from that project. I would add the new songs too, but some people don't even like them, "Revolver" hasn't got many fans for instance (I like it).

It's because those errors are not as significant to most people listening.  No one but a few people really care.  Most just enjoy it "as is".  We know it's not perfect, but it's not that horrible that it can't be enjoyed.  I do understand some like to get super technical about it. I also respect that some like to point out those mistakes and discuss them.  Though, this idea that it's not even listenable or "tainted" is pure hyperbole.

It's taken from the Color Mix of True Blue. I was quite surprised the first time I heard that.
 
So Causing A Commotion is one of my favorite maxi-singles with Madonna, and I'm so happy that it's finally on-line.
By the way: Rhino is promoting it with a short clip where they use... the LP version to promote the remixes! 

Unpopular opinion but I much prefer the original soundtrack album version of "Causing A Commotion" to the single mix. While I understand why it was done, cause it's certainly punchier for radio, it's a little too much for me. It's a little bit over the top. The original gives room to breath in a way and it grows. The single mix shows all its tricks in the first 30 seconds.
I wonder how Bray felt with all his songs being changed as soon as they were released: "Causing", "Express Yourself", "Keep It Together". No wonder he was probably pissed off and thought: "OK, work with all those remixers then".

I like remixes but I never would call any of them superior to original, except of Express Yourself. This is an exceptional case.

Really? That version actually became my go to. Love how the rhythm guitar is higher in the mix there, makes it a but more funky.

Yeah, the mastering errors aren't such a big deal to me.  It doesn't ruin my listening experience.  I know there are some people who are much more bothered by the flaws, but again they are usually those heavily in perfection.  It's not really a big issue for me as I can listen to it without it bothering me.  And at this point, there's nothing I can do about it, other than just enjoy it or just never listen to it. Still, it's not a big bother to me, so I can still enjoy it very much.

It's "good" to me.  The minor errors that are mentioned really aren't stand out issues to me.  The songs are still enjoyable and no one outside the hardcore fans really care about these issues nor even notice them. 

Nope. I love it too.  I'm not bothered by the minor issues.  Over all, it's a really great compilation.  It really represents her biggest hits, minus a couple.  I've been noticing that this compilation tends to be the "go to" when people are looking to stream a Greatest Hits of her. 

I think I'm the only one that loves Celebration compilation... I even love the clicks on Music, makes it different from the main album version haha! But at the time of it's release I thought it was too much 80's representation, leaving important hits from 90's and 00's.
