Please... The absence of the band will be noticeable. Not everyone may notice it, but we music enthusiasts surely will. I really missed Brian Frasier-Moore during the MX Tour. Live drums in many songs make a difference. During the RHT, Brian was amazing. And in the requested/surprise songs, they always managed to do a great job. I'm also thinking of when they played "Rebel Rebel" or "Take a Bow."

I hope Price's musical direction is able to compensate for this absence

It looks to me like all the costumes are going to be black and white, which I think is a cool idea. Then again, maybe we haven't seen any of the real costumes yet. But still, it's a very David Rose idea and I'm, as the kids say, "here for it, kwane, slay".

We are very close to share an event many of us were expecting since years and a show that the majority here was waiting since decades: it's normal that preferences and hopes are different and we know how passionate we can be about this.
Let everybody express his/her own feelings, disappointments and also doubts about the credibility of our sources, it's part of the thing.
I'm hardly a dance-disco lover (my only beloved uptempo tracks seem to have been cut out also: music, express yourself, deeperr and deeper and living for love ), I'm all for the mid-tempo, ballad, acoustic real live sound tracks (wich is not the way she choose) and I'm not excited at all about the Hung Up/Sorry/Get together news. Yet I'm loving all this and I will love to share it with everybody on saturday night.

By the way, i'm now officially a masterpiece so i say what i want i do what i want

So (I'm just guessing on this too), the entire purpose of the "yellow CD's" was to announce M's departure from Sire? They were released by the time she went no longer supported by label.
 
Exactly, just like Reprise, Atlantic, Phonomotor (a Brazilian label created by Marisa Monte), Parlophone and so it goes.
EDIT: @Prayer, Rhino is specificly the label in charge to represent all legacy Warner artists, they're being responsible too for the reissues of Cher, Prince etc. stuff as well.

Well regardless of a live band or not, Stuart will make some EPIC mixes and I'm sure he'll stay true the original versions. Not to mention he will make her live vocals sound amazing. 

Yeah, my concern she might be doing a lot of lip syncing. I hope that's not the case.  But I also have to remember what Stuart did for Confessions which he tool many of the older songs and updated them, where Madonna was able to at least sing live over backing tracks that were perfectly blended in.
With no live band, it doesn't mean she won't come out herself with a live acoustic or electric guitar or other performers throughout the show, playing instruments.

Same for me, I've always imagined it as her dressed up as in the TIC booklet Photoshoot in a blue filtered style MV where she drags herself on a beach in a stormy day and just act cunt-y among the waves lmao
