Madonna never had a BBL, she has implants.
A BBL takes fat from the stomach area and inserts it into the butt, but Madonna has always been too thin to have enough fat to graft for such a procedure. 
If she did get her implants removed, I'm guessing she may have ruptured one of her silicone butt implants during rehearsals (maybe she fell on her butt?) and then they started leaking into her body which caused the bacterial infection/sepsis hours or days later.

Agreed but I doubt Madonna edits her pictures herself. It's her yes men telling her to her face she looks great then trying to "fix" everything with photoshop and filters afterward because they know she looks a mess.

OMG. I just find out that Madonna just upload these horribly photoshopped photos in her instagram!. Photoshopper tried to make her body and legs slimmer in the picture, but only made her hips even more grotesque. omg.. This is So sad...Just sad...
