I mean, her voice is never perfect, she makes a lot of mistakes here and there in every concert, but that's also the beauty of a live performance, hearing some errors makes the performance feel real and human.
In some songs, I approve of the audio dubbing (like in Crazy For You, for example), and I think it would have been necessary in Everybody, because strangely this time she didn't even sing in the verses (I really don't know why she made this choice but I noticed right away), so they could have used a recording of her live voice from moments when she sang good on tour, but they didn't do that at all.
But I think she sounded good enough in Holiday or Don't Tell Me. Don't Tell Me is live at the beginning (she was out of tempo so they couldn't dub her), then they replaced her voice with a vocal take that's way different from how she sounds live (which is good in that song) and it's very obvious.
You can really hear that first she sings with her voice and then it's replaced by other vocals with a much higher tone.
I like her slightly low voice in Don't Tell Me, it's perhaps the song where her current voice fits best overall. And if they really wanted to replace her voice, they could have done it with a recording of her best live performance on this tour, but they didn't do anything like that.
Bad Girl was a bit shaky, but I would have left it as it was. It wasn't bad at all. And if you're going to replace the audio, only do it in the phrases where it sounds really off, inserting a vocal take done in identical conditions (same microphone, always handheld, with the same audio system) so that the difference isn't perceived, and make sure it matches the video. In summary: excessive and stupid modifications.

I agree, at the same time this kinda rough shooting really got me back to the 80s and 90s tv broadcasting of her tour (Torino, Barcelona/Nice and Sydney), helping me feel that kind of vibe again. I missed it in the following tv shows like Confessions or MDNA.
Said that, wich is very personal, I definitely agree with you (the eneagramma symbol designing around her in DAD or the early zoom on her, who was fixing her costume , during the entrance, reducing the effect of her coming out of the smoke, the somersault during ROL taken when it was almost over and so on). So, yeah, I'm happy she is releasing her own version of the show.
Even if, for me, the energy when everything is perfectly fixed is different, I can't deny it, not as strong as this kind of rough takes.

Honestly. We are so lucky to live in her timeline. I feel like it's one of my greatest blessings to have witnessed this from the beginning. This woman is beyond. We are talking about an all time figure here. Not just a pop music icon a mythical powerful influence on the world that will be studied and revered forever, long after we are all gone....and we got to witness is all, live it in REAL TIME. Such a blessing. I know I sound extra as fuck but it really is something completely intangible. The hard core here who have logged in and checked on her every day, the think pieces, the social commentary the iconography. Literally the first disciples. 
She anointed us in real time you lot.

The live audio is the closest ive heard to one of her 80's and 90's tours ever. I swear to god I think this has turned a corner for her. She will one hundred percent be more inclined to do the hits from now on because the love she has felt on this tour and the reactions of fans truly living for the oldies must have been a shot in the arm for her after us having to suffer Dark Ballet live :/
Side note. I know Nothing Really Matters was the Opening number but for me Everybody should be the opening number forever from now on. The energy oh my god. That song has always been so so so underrated in the Madonna fan base and it's always been top ten for me. 
I'm gagging listening to this concert back like I haven't been since maybe Girlie Show. Rebel Heart and Confessions were great too but this is sublime.
 

I would say MDNA but the album was bad so they left her behind. Plus with the Rebel Heart era the streaming era had just begun so she lost there too.

RE: Holiday, the decision was made to record a video for Burning Up instead (6 months after it's release) as MTV was mainly promoting rock videos at the time. M confirms no video for Holiday in her April 1984 Australian interview with Molly Meldrum in an outtake.

I think people is asking when was the last time she was in imperial phase, when commercially and artistically an artist is at the top. To me that was COADF, and she had many moments like that on her carreer. Maybe with the sticky and sweet tour she was a bit like that. But commercially something was missing, artistically she wasn´t doing her best either and we knew it back then.
I love MDNA era, she looked amazing, liked the record, went to the tour which was huge, she was still the queen. But again, something was missing commercialy to consider that an imperial phase, despite the Superbowl, which was huge, but more from a legend point of view than from an artist who is in imperial phase.
After that, I think she wasn´t more present on the charts, didn´t had more top 10 singles, didn´t sold millions, and had good and succesful tours but she was older and view more as a legendary old one than an artist in imperial phase. From the one point of view, it was very unfair, cause on the rebel heart era she was still great on many levels, on the other hand, it´s true maybe the quality of her work had declined a bit, and that had been happening since 2007. Not so much effort on some videoclips, less beautiful photoshoots, tours with the same songs over and over, a very changed face, live performance with no to great vocals, gaining weight, seeing depressed for her son custody, another divas taking the crown, writing songs about losing the crown, Madame x album, Madame x tour cancelation, and those last years befor the new tour, which for me were very bad artistically and I think personally.
Now, this new tour is sure huge, but I don´t think she is right know on imperial phase as she was on say, ROL or Music. It´s more like the legend has returned and people are embracing  it again, thank god. I think that´s the best she can have right know, and despite losing something on her records, not dancing as she did, not looking so athletic as she did, I think she still can do wonders if she maintains that good path. An amazing new record with somebody great, even if it does not sell, would be the next right step, and mantaining that good more natural look of this tour.
As a conclusion, this decline on popularity had to happen sooner or later, as with any artist. But history will put her on a legendary place for sure, much higher than many succesful artists of today whose impact is really nothing compared to her on her hey day, and as somebody said, nobody ever mantained the popularity as she did for 30 years on a pop world that lives of the youthness.

This is the power of perceived value. Now you feel like you have a 500 jacket for a good deal. Not that you overpaid 300 for a damn jacket.

I went totally crazy for a lot of his books in the 1990s and 2000s, especially In the Country of Last Things that I still recommend to any reader.
He wrote and co-directed a couple of movies, including Blue in the Face (title: Brooklyn Boogie in some countries). A loose story made of different situations with recurring characters, where Madonna appears in a short skit. Happened in the middle of the 1990s when she was very active in Hollywood and the New York scene, made the headlines back then because she was in such an indie production, proved once more she's such a showgirl with a comedic flair. I loved the film, which has aged rather well.
