Nellee Hoopper used Madonna’s moans from Bedtime Story in his remix of Garbage’s #1 Crush for the Romeo & Juliet soundtrack. One of my favourite songs and I had not idea, but now that I know I can totally hear it. Pretty cool. I wonder if she got paid for that

The inspiration behind Erotica/Sex is so vast but definitely an interesting one is Warhol. The graphic design was done by Fabien Baron who worked at that time for Interview magazine which was Andy's so they shared alot of the same aesthetic and graphics. Even the font used for Erotica's album cover and used in Sex was Warholian...it was actually based off Andy's mother! The album cover also seems to be based on Liza's cover on Interview. The font for Deeper and Deeper even seems to be a nod to Andy's design for the Velvet Undergroud's album.

Finally saw the show last night and I have to say that it really exceeded my expectations. The youTube clips do not do it justice.
It was well worth the year waiting since I bought my original tickets. The lack of a tour book was a bummer and the merch selection was a bit lackluster but the show it self was amazing.

Yes same re face tuning - its interesting while the trend is now shifting to embrace make up free, airbrush free - Madonna is still clinging onto over exaggerated face tuning on everything.
She looks so good without that -  her rants about agism and being a freedom fighter do not match her actions, that is, by constantly pushing a narrative/image that she looks 20 - she should be going, I'm 65 and you can take it or leave it - that's a true freedom fighter against agism.
 

Last evening a private bank from Brazil (Itau) hosted an internal event in which a video campaign was shown with Madonna at the Opera in Paris. 
Itau is the sponsor of Rock in Rio festival. 
This increased the rumors and expectations for Madonna to visit Latin America in 2024 with the Celebration Tour. 

For a tour that celebrates her 40 years in music, they should rerelease all of her previous tourbooks and put them for sale on her official page. At least everyone would finally have the chance of getting a physical copy.
