I'm a collector that keeps everything mint / sealed so I haven't played a vinyl since 1992 and a CD since 2001  have a digital archive and love when stuff gets released to streaming platforms

I've designed another box set concept for one of M's albums - after Immaculate, ROL, and Erotica, this one just had to be Confessions.
As always, keen to hear what you think! 

What's really interesting about an M greatest hits show is that the set list and themes could vary so wildly. More than any other artist, I think. Depending on how rigid your definition of a "hit" is. 
Like "Bedtime Story" or "Nothing Really Matters" were #1 club hits that the people paying for these tickets will lose their minds over. But they weren't Hot 100 general public hits. Then you have an actual #1 like TUTBMP or a classic like "Cherish" that M isnt that crazy about. I'm very curious to see what SHE considers "The Hits". And the ecstasy/meltdowns that ensue.

very nice. I wish she would do a retrospective collection of songs just updated, like this one and studio version of Like a Virgin from confessions tour etc...

Last year I made this matching mix for the first time, but the loud trumpets of the instrumental track drowned Madonna's voice. This year thanks to  A.I. sound websites I was able to get rid of the trumpets, now the remix sounds really better IMO.
I hope you like this combination of the original soul of Gayes with the voice of Madonna, using non-used takes from "I want you".

Even though I have been a fan since I was 5 making these docos always brings me new insight and even altered my own perspective on certain aspects of things.
I think todays Madonna and her fight against ageism will be more appreciated and understood 10-20 years from now.

Remember the rumors that there was going to be a Madonna toy by Macfarlane toys back in the day? I love my Janis Joplin, still wish they had made one for M. 

The fact that she's such a chameleon means you could probably make like 20 different Pops, and fans would eagerly collect them.

3 year ago the Dj producer Dave Rice made a great Physical Attraction cover with the voice of Ashley Mazanec. The song was included in the Netflix series "Tales of the City"
This "match-up" replace the singer voice by the original Madonna's vocal track. I hope you like it!

As quick as the advert was up and down, I knew not to expect it wasn't happening. I don't believe that DanK is trying to keep anything to himself here or doesn't "give a fuck about it".  After all, why did he bother trying to post it?  We have to remember this song isn't legal to share. I expect that he was warned by her or Warners not to post it.  Think about it?  DanK has shared a lot.  He shared what he could.  Fans need to stop having such high expectation and that we can have access to everything that Madonna has recorded when it's not something she prefers to share at this time for whatever reason. You have to put yourself in the artist's shoes, would you want your art shown to the world, if it's not ready, not complete or up to your standards?  Some might be satisfied with the demo or unfinished track, but for the artist, there is something lacking that kept them from releasing it no matter how great some might think it is.  In this case, no one knows what this song sounds like. It could be crap for all we know.  No need to get so depressed over something that was never meant to be shared.

I don't believe that anybody considered her, to be honest. She was not a titan by then, Like a Virgin was seen as a fad by many. If her name was indeed considered I suspect Labels/Company issues played a part, given most artists on it were from CBS, and even Prince (also a Warner Records artist) was left out.

Madonna would collapse in that environment. She's been very vocal about how she sees her work in the studio to be an intimate experience and that she can only do it with people she likes/trust. Imagine her recording a line in front of a buch of stars! 

These records, especially this one, will be broken soon enough because ticket prices are out of control not because more people are attending or more dates are sold out. When you see the ticket prices of her tour (and the Madame X ones were already too much) and how getting a ticket for it was handled by the company, you just can't be happy about how things are going. It should be stopped and i believe people who bought or tried to buy tickets for that tour are already suing Live Nation/Ticketmaster because of the AI they use that creates instant inflating prices based on demand.
