You're the one making that connection, the trailer doesn't imply she's a "drunk whore." Those are your misogynistic words. A seductress? Yes, I could see that, though I haven't seen the movie to tell you that it was one-sided seduction... the Weird Al character is actually flirting right back (in the line, "I'm curious, is it autobiographical?"). A bad influence? Sure, if the Madonna character is making Weird Al's character drink more than he should (again, not enough context here). Nothing about her being a "drunk whore." She isn't getting paid for sex and she isn't even shown as drunk.

I don't want her to be presented in a bad way either - but when something is a parody, it's not an actual presentation of her. It's in the definition of parody. You made yourself clear - all I'm saying is that your connections were all wrong and founded in misogyny. You didn't "slut shame" Madonna, but you did slut shame women who have sex by saying it's a portrayal of a "whore." That's what I have a problem with, because that's not what the film was saying, just you.

But she wasn't "slut shamed." In this parody (just emphasizing that), she is a bad influence because of the alcohol, not because they slept together or because she seduced him. She isn't being portrayed as a "drunk whore" because the "whore" aspect was never implied. Seducing someone doesn't make someone a "whore."
