Yeah exactly this i was gonna say, that Madonna trafficks children in Malawi and that she drinks the blood of tortured african children, read it some months ago on a british news site, maybe they work for The Daily Mail lmao

I remember almost every media outlet and many fans repeating in 2001 that "DWT" would probably be her last big tour (reason: her age).
Cut to 2024 and looking back it was only going to be her 5th tour of a total of 12!

I remember around the time she had given birth to Lourdes, i was in a shop with my parents while on holiday in south of France, and i read an article in a magazine that said she had videos and pics taken during the childbirth/delivery in the hospital room and that she would make a sex book part 2 with it called "Baby".

oh, and there was a rumor Re-Invention would start in a museum setting, with Madonna all the dancers posing as statues, and each night Madonna would be a different statue, appearing in a different part of the stage. Not really absurd, but not too believable either.

Also, before DWT premiered, there was quite a believable setlist floating around, except it had Flashdance - What a Feeling as the finale song Made absolutely no sense, but I could totally imagine Madonna's version in 2001

For me it's the new song/single Sex Makes The World Go Round released with GHV2, and the accompanying video shot (if I remember correctly..) with Australian coal mine workers

That's not the reason - Warners and M chose to do a video for Burning Up instead, specifically for MTV who were playing rock videos - even though Burning Up was released 6 months earlier and Holiday was the new single - Burning Up went to MTV in September 1983 while the Solid Gold /TOTP performances of Holiday were used for promo - also Borderline and Lucky Star were in high rotation at MTV 

I wonder if she had a different concept in mind since this was Mondino's idea. I wonder what could have been.

For the artwork for Music, Madonna wore a blue shirt, jeans, red boots and a blue cowboy hat. In it, she faces the camera, while in the background a car and a gas station are seen. The country was a constant theme throughout the design, as the album's title, which was a logo that simulated a buckle, showing the silhouette of a cowboy while riding a horse and a yellow background; the bright colors give a sharp contrast compared to the photograph.[24] Photo sessions were conducted by Jean Baptiste Mondino, who had worked previously with the singer on photoshoots and music videos.[25] According to Fouz-Hernández, the artwork is "a complete celebration to the field" western United States.[26] He also added that it "is camp, notably Madonna's combination of Western clothing with expensive shoes and bright red high heels. In particular, there is a clear evocation of Judy Garland – a major gay icon – in the artwork".[27] The art direction and design for the album were done by Kevin Reagan.[28]
The pictures were shot in Los Angeles, California, in April 2000. In an interview with CNN's Style with Elsa Klensch, Mondino said that he was the one who had the idea of the western themes for the album, and also stated: "[Madonna] wasn't sure at first, but I told her that if she didn't like it I won't charge her. But she loved the final result!".[29] Madonna also decided to use her new country style during her public appearances for Music's promotion; including jeans, shirts and cowboy hats.[30] On her next tour in 2001, Madonna included a segment based entirely on this ambient.[31] Meanwhile, Fouz-Hernández explained that "in this appearance Madonna may be parodying and criticizing Country, which symbolizes among other things, the supremacy of the white man, the ambition of the European pioneers and the American Dream. However, we do not realize that while recognizing the importance that the country has in American popular culture, and joins a long list of artists who have done this previously.[32] Despite this, the cowgirl image of Madonna has become one of her most recognized reinventions.[33][34]

cant answer all your questions about where they were specifically shot, but the first three are from the album shoot in April 2000 in Los Angeles.  she was pregnant with Rocco at the time.  the latter three were shot sometime after she had Rocco, most likely at the time of the Don't Tell Me video shoot since he was the director.

I was so happ to finally see it on her channel, then I saw the part after the middle finger from MIA... Once again, her team messed up. There is footage of the "missing" part that were broadcasted in Japan, they could at least try to fix this part... ^^

Yep. The concert had more epic moments to capture and use as the cover than this. Like Madonna standing on her head. The final one was taken during her singing Frozen and little was happening in this part.

Imagine putting all that money into making a documentary concert, then you choose THAT as the cover.

I‘m in my favorite store, the german media market. It's my number one spot for CDs, DVDs and Blu-rays. In my dream, I always see many rare Madonna items that aren't available in regular stores anymore and every time I have this dream, I believe it‘s real! Full of panic and excitement, I try to grab everything that is usually no longer obtainable. I’m really stressed out in my dream because I want to buy everything but I don’t even have money with me, so I have to steal it.

So excitedly, I looked at the back of the DVD to see the tracklist and then came the huge disappointment... It was just the tracklist from the MDNA tour... In my dream, I felt so fooled by this item.
