I have to myself that if the La Isla Bonita video doesn't get the full remastering treatment (going back to the original film reels, rescaning them, reediting if necessary) no other video will...

Not rational at all, but I think my train of thought is: if they don't go this route with the video that is her most streamed one on YT, and with a song that M loves herself so much... they are not gonna bother doing it with others...

they havent yet gone back to any of her music video film reels - thats why all these so called HD videos look crap and have just been upscaled - removed of most grain and then waxed over to look almost like photoshop :((

I know, and my point is that if they (her team/people in charge of this at Warner) ever get around to actually goind down that road, I imagine it would be one of the first ones to get this treatment

I think it’s interesting that three of her main videos (Bonita, Vogue and Prayer) have not been AI upscaled. 
Maybe they are doing proper remasters of these videos.

I don’t like AI upscales but surely you can see how some of these videos are way superior than any previous releases. 
Bad Girl, Fever, American Pie, Erotica etc.

I saw that the other night! All those videos (swapping Lucky Star for Holiday) are on the music video chart as well.

I haven’t seen any albums on the top 200 this week; I looked either the first or second morning after the announcement and TIC was in the top 100.

I wish we could see the streaming numbers for her catalog hits go up. Truth be told her numbers overall have generally been a bit low for an artist of her caliber.

I've paid much attention to her ITUNES numbers and in Madonna's case, it's usually her albums which get a boost, but during this specific time, she's actually had single songs boosted.  "Like A Prayer" leads the pack, and while ITUNES seems to contribute to a small part of her digital catalog, it is one of the most popular digital selling platforms.  There's a lot to be said to having five single songs in the top 200 lately.  No doubt, it's due to the mention of her health issues.  Though, I am surprised none of her albums got a boost.  Immaculate Collection is usually within the top 200 albums on All Categories, but on the Pop Itune charts, she manages several albums to chart.  CELEBRATION is usually among the top albums selling digitally and it seems it's a popular stream as well.
