Yes.

WB Canada does ship to UK but the shipping cost is insane i.e. CA$65 =  £38
Picture Disc: CA$74.99 =  £44
Shipping: CA$65 = £38
Total: CA$139.99 = £82

WB Australia shipping cost is more reasonable but the price of the picture disc is same as UK store
Picture Disc: AU$140 =  £71
Shipping: AU$24.67 = £13
Total: AU$167.67 = £84

As you can see, not much difference in total price.

Whereas for WB Japan, you need to go through 3rd party "WorldShopping" since WB Japan does not ship outside Japan.

Personally I dun recommend such purchase 'cos aside from the LP cost & local shipping cost, you need to pay exorbitant international shipping cost + handling fee + protective package fee + misc fee where applicable (exclude your local country import tax). You may ended up paying double or even triple the price.

The Japan yen is at an all-time-low against the dollar right now. $60 is a very high sum of money for us right now. It might have sold faster if it was something related to Confessions or True blue. ¥12k for a Madame X Tour vinyl is a hard sell for Japan right now.
