Vogue video playing on the tv in the Deeper and Deeper video

This is a fun little tidbit someone pointed out in another thread which I, and many other big fans did not know previously.

It took me awhile to actually find/recognize it but I’ve posted it on the Bitch She’s Madonna Instagram for all those that want to see for themselves. Like the Papa nipple I don’t think we’d ever have found this in the vhs/mtv days

I noticed it back in 1992 and assumed it was a nod to the Vogue lyrics in the song too

So it was planned to be more apparent too but I guess they decided against that in the edit

They were designed by Grant Shaffer who would meet with Madonna and the director (in this case Bobby Woods) and they would map out the video - he would have just been told 'Vogue' and also you'll notice M's hair was drawn down. The story boards would sometimes end up in Icon (Rain, Bedtime Story etc) at the time too

I have but tbh it’s very hard to pick what’s playing on that tv. I had to watch it about 5 times in slow motion to see it, and that was when knowing what I was looking for.
