Has anyone successfully submitted a piece to Art for Freedom?

I made a piece for that #MadonnaDay project, and I went to the Art for Freedom website to submit the piece, but I'm having trouble submitting. I fill out the form, click "submit", and then it tells me I have to accept the terms and conditions in order to submit--but the box is already checked! I tried switching browsers with no luck. The Art for Freedom website doesn't seem to have a help page. So I don't know what to do :(

Did you try unchecking the "terms" and then "re-checking" the ticker box?

I have faced a problem too with the website, except not with the terms button. I tried submitting an image file, filled out everything, and after I click submit and the upload is 100% completed, there is a red text that says an unknown error has occured

I have tried unchecking and re-checking the box. I tried refreshing the page. I tried uploading the image in Firefox and Safari (that's all I have--not going to download Chrome just to participate).
