Madonna, who turned 56 last week, has sold her estate in Beverly Hills for a cool twenty million dollars. Sources report that the Material Girl purchased the 17,000 sq. ft. estate for $12 million dollars, back in 2003. The estate includes a 500-foot long driveway, nine-bedrooms, a movie theater, tennis court, a gym, and of course a large pool to cool off in after spending a long afternoon in the recording studio.This gorgeous apartment enjoys fantastic views of the Place des États-Unis. It underwent a complete renovation and comprises a large entrance hall leading to 3 receptions rooms, a grand dining room, a spacious fully-equipped kitchen with pantry, a wonderful master suite with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, as well as a guest suite also with walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, and a study (or third bedroom). Thanks Grooveguy!  The weird thing is... These photos are of 2 different houses... very odd... (not your fault)  I work in real estate, the roofs are different, one is a red tile spanish roof, the other is a grey/blue roof.  I think the white with the spanish red tile may be the actual property but who knows...
