Was the commercial featuring Spotlight played before You Can Dance came out?

Not sure that info is easy to obtain. The ones with songs from True Blue/Who's That Girl/You Can Dance  did seem to coincide with the release of each single played in the commercial. At least the release of those singles in Japan. So you could narrow it down to the month and year.
